Abstract

Dengan pesatnya kemajuan teknologi saat ini memberikan banyak manfaat terhadap sektor pemerintahan khususnya dalam layanan laporan pengaduan masyarakat. Akan tetapi, proses laporan pengaduan saat ini masih menggunakan sistem secara manual dengan membuat surat laporan ataupun datang langsung ke Kantor Kelurahan. Dengan begitu, aplikasi ini dirancang untuk membantu dan memudahkan masyarakat dalam melaporkan pengaduan terkait permasalahan yang terjadi di wilayah. Dalam hal ini khususnya di Kelurahan Jakasetia. Aplikasi ini berbasis Website, dianalisa dengan metode PIECES dan dirancang dengan metode Waterfall. Selain itu aplikasi ini juga menerapkan algoritma First In First Out (FIFO) dalam sistem antriannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan aplikasi yang dibuat dapat membantu Kelurahan Jakasetia dalam memproses data laporan pengaduan dari masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Kelurahan, Pengaduan Masyarakat, Website, Waterfall, FIFO With a rapid growth in technology nowadays, it provides many benefits to the government sector, especially in the service of public complaints reports. However, the current complaint reporting process is still using the system manually by making a report letter or coming directly to the Kelurahan Office. That way, this application is designed to help and facilitate the community in reporting complaints related to problems that occur in the region. In this case, especially in the Jakasetia Village. This application is website-based, analyzed using the PIECES method and designed with the Waterfall method. In addition, this application also applies the First In First Out (FIFO) algorithm in its queuing system. The result of this research is an application that can help Jakasetia Village in processing complaint report data from the public.
