Abstract
K3 is important for a company, because the impact of work accidents and occupational diseases is not only detrimental to workers, but can also harm the company, both in terms of costs, time and company profits. Thus the importance of work safety planning in the form of the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control method (HIRARC) before work begins to determine potential hazards and carry out an assessment of potential hazards so that appropriate controls can be determined to minimize the risks of hazards that can occur. The purpose of this research is to carry out occupational safety risk management at PT Sinar Harapan Plastik for injection molding operator work using the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) method. The results obtained from this study are the risk of harm caused by inappropriate use of PPE, lack of maintenance on injection molding machines and mold transport cranes, operators do not have the competence to spray the machine, unsafe working conditions. Obtained a decrease in the risk level from the previous extreme risk level of 2 jobs (33.3%), high risk 3 jobs (50%), moderate risk 2 jobs (16.7%) to a moderate risk level of 2 jobs (33.3%) , 4 low-risk jobs (67.7%), and found no types of work with extreme risk and high risk levels. Keywords : K3, JSA, HIRARC, Hazard, Risk K3 merupakan hal yang penting bagi suatu perusahaan, karena dampak kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit kerja tidak hanya merugikan pekerja, tetapi juga dapat merugikan perusahaan, baik dari segi biaya, waktu dan mutu perusahaan. Dengan demikian maka pentingnya perencanaan keselamatan kerja berupa metode (HIRARC) Hazard Indentification, Risk Assesment, and Risk Control pada saat sebelum pekerjan dimulai untuk mengetahui potensi risiko bahaya serta dilakukan penilaian terhadap potensi risiko bahaya sehingga dapat ditentukan pengendalian yang tepat untuk meminimalisir risiko bahaya yang dapat terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan manajemen risiko keselamatan kerja pada PT Sinar Harapan Plastik untuk pekerjaan operator injection molding menggunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Indentification, Risk Assesment, and Risk Control). Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu risiko bahaya disebabkan oleh penggunaan APD yang tidak tepat, kurangnya perawatan pada mesin injection molding dan crane pengangkut mold, operator tidak memiliki kompetensi untuk mengoperasikan mesin, kondisi lingkungan kerja yang tidak aman. Didapatkan penurunan tingkat risiko yang sebelumnya tingkat ekstreme risk 2 pekerjaan (33,3%), high risk 3 pekerjaan (50%), moderate risk 2 pekerjaan (16,7%) menjadi tingkat pekerjaan moderate risk 2 pekerjaan (33,3%), low risk 4 pekerjaan (67,7%), dan tidak di temukannya jenis pekerjaan dengan tingkat risiko ekstreme risk dan high risk.
