Abstract

Dalam industri manufaktur, telah banyak menggunakan mesin untuk memproduksi suatu produk. Menggunakan mesin terbukti dapat meningkatkan produktifitas serta efisiensi dalam skala yang besar. Dari hasil produksi dengan skala besar ini, memungkinkan terjadi kurang terkontrolnya mesin dari proses produksi tersebut dan mungkin menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja karena kelalaian pekerja. Dengan ini penulis merancang sistem kontrol wireless pada mesin industri agar operator dapat menjalankan mesin dari jauh untuk mengurangi kemungkinan kecelakaan kerja jika harus bersetuhan langsung dengan mesin. Sistem kontrol wireless yang dirancang akan menggunakan Arduino sebagai miktrokontroller dan modul HC-12. Cara kerjanya dua unit Arduino dan modul HC-12 sebagai transmitter dan receiver. Saat transmitter mengirim data input secara wireless menuju receiver, output receiver aktif dan kontak switch yang di gunakan untuk menjalankan atau memberhentikan mesin menyala. Device yang dipasang dapat dikendalikan dari jarak maksimum 35 meter. Saat transmitter dikendalikan dari jarak yang berbeda beda waktu yang diperlukan rata-rata oleh receiver untuk memproses sinyal berkisar antara 0,2 sampai 0,8 sekon. Kecepatan respon receiver dalam memproses sinyal dari transmitter dipengaruhi oleh jarak serta halangan lingkungan. Using machines is proven to increase productivity and efficiency on a large scale. From the results of this large-scale production, it is possible for the machine to be less controlled in the production process and may cause work accidents due to worker negligence. With this the author tries to design and implement a wireless control system on industrial machines which aims to enable operators to run the machine remotely to reduce the possibility of work accidents if they have to come into direct contact with the machine. The designed wireless control system will use Arduino as a microcontroller and HC-12 module. How it works 2 Arduino units and the HC-12 module will be made as a transmitter and receiver. When the input is received by the transmitter and then sent wirelessly to the receiver, the output at the receiver will be active and the contact switch will be used to start or stop industrial machines. The attached device can be controlled from a maximum distance of 35 meters. When the transmitter is controlled from different distances, the average time it takes for the receiver to process the signal ranges from 0.2 to 0.8 seconds. The response speed of the receiver in processing the signal from the transmitter is affected by distance and environmental barriers.
