Abstract
Industrimanufakturdituntutdapatmemenuhikebutuhandankeinginanpelanggan sepertikualitasprodukyangbagus,hargayangterjangkau,sertawaktuproses produksiyangsesuaidengantarget.Pemeliharaanataumaintenancemerupakan upayayangdilakukansetiapperusahaanuntukmenjagamesinatauperalatan dalamkondisiyangselaluprima.PT.Otomotifadalahperusahaanyangberfokus padabidangmanufakturotomotifkendaraanroda4.Mesinmouldingmemiliki waktudowntimepalingtinggiselamaenambulandengantotaldowntime10.265 menit.Mesintersebutmelebihitargetdowntimeperusahaanyaitu300menitsetiap bulannyayangmengakibatkanmenurunnyaproduktivitasmesinsehinggadapat berefekterhadaptingkatefektifitasmesinyangrendah.Sehingga,penelitianini bertujuanuntukmengetahuinilaiefektivitasmesinmouldingberdasarkanmetode OverallEquipmentEffectiveness (OEE)padabulanJuli-Desember2022. Berdasarkan JapanInstituteofPlantMaintenance (JPIM),standarOEE produktivitaskelasduniasebesar85%.Nilairata-rataOEEmesinmouldingpada bulanJuli-Desember2022yaitu62%Makadariitu,efektivitasmesinmoulding masihsangatjauhdaristandarOEEkelasdunia.Untukmendapatkanpenyebab rendahnyanilaiOEEdianalisismenggunakansixbiglosses sertadianalisis menggunakanparetochart,fishbonediagramdanrootcausefailureanalysis (RCFA).Nilaidarisixbiglossesyangdidapatkanyaitu,6%untukbreakdownlosses, 1,5%untukSetup&AdjustmentLosses,2,5%untukIdling&MinorStoppages Losses,27%ReducedSpeedLosses,1,3%untukQualityDefectLossesdan0,24% untukYieldLosses.BerdasarkanpendekatanfishbonediagramdanRootcause failureanalysis(RCFA),didapatkanusulanperbaikanuntukperusahaanyaitu perusahaanharusmenggantidanmemodernisasikomponenmesinmouldingdan memberikanjadwalTPMpengecekandanperawatanmesinkepadaoperatordan maintenanceuntukmeningkatkannilaiOEEmesinmoulding. KataKunci:efektifitasmesin,overallequipmenteffectiveness,OEE,six biglosses,rootcausefailureanalysis Themanufacturingindustryisdemandedtobeabletomeettheneedsanddesires ofcustomerssuchasgoodproductquality,affordableprices,andproduction processtimethatisinaccordancewiththetarget.Maintenanceormaintenanceis aneffortmadebyeverycompanytokeepmachinesorequipmentintopcondition. PT.Automotiveisacompanythatfocusesonmanufacturingautomotivefour wheeledvehicles.Moldingmachineshavethehighestdowntimeofsixmonthswith atotaldowntimeof10,265minutes.Themachineexceedsthecompany's downtimetargetof300minutespermonthwhichresultsindecreasedmachine productivitysothatitcanhaveaneffectonalowlevelofmachineeffectiveness. Thus,thisstudyaimstodeterminetheeffectivenessofmoldingmachinesbasedon theOverallEquipmentEffectiveness(OEE)methodinJuly-December2022. BasedontheJapanInstituteofPlantMaintenance(JPIM),theOEEstandardfor world-classproductivityis85%.TheaverageOEEvalueofmoldingmachinesin July-December2022is62%.Therefore,theeffectivenessofmoldingmachinesis stillveryfarfromworld-classOEEstandards.TofindthecauseofthelowOEE score,itwasanalyzedusingsixbiglossesandanalyzedusingParetocharts, fishbonediagramsandrootcausefailureanalysis(RCFA).Thevalueofthesix biglossesobtainedis6%forbreakdownlosses,1.5%forSetup&Adjustment Losses,2.5%forIdling&MinorStoppagesLosses,27%ReducedSpeedLosses, 1.3%forQualityDefectLossesand0.24%forYieldLosses.Basedonthefishbone diagramapproachandRootcausefailureanalysis(RCFA),aproposed improvementforthecompanyisobtained,namelythecompanymustreplaceand modernizethemoldingmachinecomponentsandprovideaTPMschedulefor checkingandmaintainingthemachinetooperatorsandmaintenancetoincrease theOEEvalueofthemoldingmachine.
