Abstract
Business competition that is growing and getting tougher has resulted in high customer expectations for the quality of the products/ services offered to them. In the industry that is engaged in building management consulting services, competition to gain customer/client trust and customer satisfaction in building management services is the most important thing so that the company's business development continues and continues to increase in revenue. One method that can be used to improve the competitive position in the market is to perform the S.W.O.T (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis method. As well as in improving the quality of building management services, it can be done using the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method, which is one method of improving quality by prioritizing the voice of the customer. So that the company can continue to improve the quality of service and improve service continuously. Keywords: Quality, SWOT analysis, QFD, building management, customer satisfaction Persaingan bisnis yang semakin berkembang dan semakin ketat mengakibatkan tingginya harapan pelanggan terhadap kualitas produk/ jasa yang ditawarkan kepadanya. Pada industri yang bergerak di bidang jasa konsultan pengelolaan bangunan gedung, persaingan untuk mendapatkan kepercayaan pelanggan/ klien dan kepuasan pelanggan (customers satisfaction) pada layanan pengelolaan bangunan gedung adalah hal yang paling utama agar perkembangan bisnis perusahaan tetap berjalan dan terus mengalami peningkatan pendapatan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki posisi persaingan di pasar adalah dengan melakukan metode analisis S.W.O.T (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). Serta dalam meningkatan kualitas jasa pengelolaan bangunan gedung dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode QFD (Quality Function Deployment) yang merupakan salah satu metode perbaikan kualitas dengan mengedepankan suara pelanggan. Sehinggga perusahaan dapat terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan perbaikan layanan secara terus menerus. Kata Kunci: Kualitas, Analisis SWOT, QFD, pengelolaan bangunan gedung, customer satisfaction
