Abstract

Adanya hasil produksi yang tidak memenuhi standar atau Reject menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian kualitas produk yang dilakukan di PT Indesso Culinaroma Internasional belum maksimal. Upaya pengendalian kualitas lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan oleh Perusahaan untuk menentukan batas kerusakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengendalian kualitas yang dilakukan oleh Perusahaan PT Indesso Culinaroma Internasional masih dalam batas kendali atau tidak dan menentukan penyebab kerusakan produk seasoning powder. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Indesso Culinaroma Internasional kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian terapan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan alat statistical procces control, yaitu diagram peta kendali p dan diagram sebab akibat. Data yang digunakan adalah jumlah kerusakan produk seasoning powder pada periode Febuari sampai dengan Maret 2023. Data tersebut kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan software MiniTab 19. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengumpulan data diketahui ada 3 jenis cacat pada produk seasoning powder, yaitu warna tidak homogen, menggumpal dan warna yang lebih tua. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan reject pada produk masih dalam batas kendali dan faktor penyebab reject berupa kinerja mesin kurang optimal, human eror dan mesin yang basah. Usulan perbaikan untuk produk seasoning powder berupa mengupdate mesin dengan yang baru atau melakukan proses assessment oleh team Teknik, melakukan training dan scoring pada pekerja agar mengetahui performa pekerja dalam melakukan pekerjaan dan membuat form checklist pengecekkan alat sebelum proses produksi. Kata Kunci : Pengendalian Kualitas, SPC, Kerusakan Produk The existence of production results that do not meet standards or Reject indicates that product quality control carried out at PT Indesso Culinaroma Internasional has not been maximized. Further quality control efforts need to be carried out by the Company to determine the limit of damage. This study aims to determine whether the quality control carried out by the Company PT Indesso Culinaroma Internasional is still within control limits or not and to determine the causes of damage to seasoning powder products. The research was conducted at PT Indesso Culinaroma Internasional, Bogor city. This study uses applied research methods. Data analysis techniques use statistical process control tools, namely p control chart diagrams and cause and effect diagrams. The data used is the amount of damage to seasoning powder products from February to March 2023. The data is then processed using MiniTab 19 software. Based on research results and data collection, it is known that there are 3 types of defects in seasoning powder products, namely inhomogeneous color, clumping and older color. The results of data processing show that the product rejects are still within control limits and the factors that cause rejects are suboptimal machine performance, human error and a wet machine. Proposed improvements for seasoning powder products in the form of updating the machine with a new one or carrying out an assessment process by the Engineering team, conducting training and scoring for workers to find out the performance of workers in carrying out work and making a checklist form for checking tools before the production process.
