Abstract

Dalam suatu proyek terdapat penjadwalan yang sangat penting dan berpengaruh terhadap beberapa faktor. Penjadwalan proyek dapan menentukan banyaknya pekerja yang akan dibutuhkan dan biaya yang akan dikerluarkan dalam pengerjaan proyek tersebut. Pihak perusahaan masih mengikuti jalannya Schedule yang diberikan, yang mana kegiatan atau aktivitas yang dilakukan masih mendapatkan masalah pada waktu penyelesaian proyek karena waktu penyelesaian proyek tidak sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan. Perusahaan ini mendapat sebuah proyek Oil Tank yang mana tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah sistem instalasi pipa yang terdapat pada perusahaan Client ini masih layak pakai atau tidak. Dan pada kesempatan ini untuk mengantisipasi adanya keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek, akan diterapkannya perhitungan atau penjadwalan dengan menggunakan metode CPM dan PERT serta menentukan lintasan kritis yang terdapat pada proyek yang dikerjakan. Berdasar penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkannya sebuah jalur kritis pada pengerjaan satu tanki dan aktivitas yang termasuk dalam jalur kritis adalah A-C-D-F-H-I-J-L. dan didapatkannya perbedaan pada hasil penerapan metode CPM dan PERT. Yang mana pada penerapan metode CPM didapatkannya percepatan waktu selama 4 hari dari waktu normal pengerjaan proyek selama 24 Hari menjadi 20 Hari kerja. Sedangkan pada penerapan metode PERT didapatkannya percepatan waktu selama 2 jam dari waktu normal pengerjaan proyek 24 Hari menjadi 23 Hari 6 Jam kerja dengan probabilitas terjadinya waktu percepatan sebesar 70%. Kata kunci : Penjadwalan, CPM, PERT In a project there is scheduling that is very important and affects several factors. Project scheduling can determine the number of workers that will be needed and the costs that will be incurred in working on the project. The company still follows the course of the schedule given, where the activities or activities carried out still get problems at the time of project completion because the project completion time is not as planned. This company got an Oil Tank project where the purpose of this project is to determine whether the pipe installation system contained in this Client company is still suitable for use or not. And on this occasion to anticipate any delays in project completion, calculations or scheduling will be applied using the CPM and PERT methods and determine the critical trajectory contained in the project being worked on. Based on the research that has been done, a critical path was obtained in the work of one tank and the activity included in the critical path is A-C-D-F-H-I-J-L. and the difference in the results of the application of the CPM and PERT methods. Which in the application of the CPM method obtained an acceleration of time for 4 days from the normal time of project work for 24 days to 20 working days. Meanwhile, in the application of the PERT method, it is obtained that the acceleration time for 2 hours from the normal time of project work is 24 days to 23 days 6 working hours with a probability of acceleration time of 70%.
