Abstract
Pengujian Kadar Residu Pestisida dalam Air Sungai dengan metode Gas Chromatography ini memiliki prinsip kerja ekstraksi dengan menggunakan bahan kimia Dichloromethane pada pH tertentu. Penggunaan bahan kimia Dichloromethane ini berbanding lurus dengan permintaan pengujian sampel air sungai, sehingga bahan kimia ini harus diperhatikan ketersediaannya. Perusahaan Jasa Laboratorium terkadang mengalami kendala dalam mengendalikan persediaan bahan kimia Dichloromethane. Hal ini dikarenakan perusahaan dalam melakukan pemesanan tidak konstan dan perusahaan tidak memiliki acuan yang pasti dalam melakukan pemesanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan ukuran pemesanan yang optimal, titik pemesanan kembali, jumlah safety stock, dan biaya total persediaan dari Dichloromethane. Metode Persediaan yang digunakan yaitu metode Economic Order Quantity Probabilistik menghasilkan nilai Q optimal sebanyak 23 botol. Dimana Safety Stock didapatkan sebesar 3 botol dan Reorder Point ada pada 7 botol. Kemudian dihitung Biaya Total Persediaan EOQ Probabilistik didapatkan sebesar Rp.2.274.491,- dengan adanya penghematan sebesar Rp.972.043,- atau dalam persen yaitu sekitar 29,94%. Kata Kunci : Dichloromethane, Persediaan, EOQ Probabilistik, Safety Stock, Reorder Point, dan Biaya Total Persediaan. Determination of Pesticide Residue Levels in River Water using Gas Chromatography method has the working principle of extraction using Dichloromethane at a certain pH. The application of Dichloromethane is proportional to the demand for testing river water samples, so the availability of this chemical must be considered. Laboratory Services Companies sometimes experience problems in controlling Dichloromethane supplies. This is because in order placement is not constant and the company does not have a definite reference to the order. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal size of the order, point of reorder, amount of safety stock and total cost of Dichloromethane supplies. The inventory method used is the Probabilistic Economic Order Quantity method which produces an optimal Q value of 23 bottles. Where Safety Stock is obtained for 3 bottles and Reorder Points are for 7 bottles. Then calculate the Total Probabilistic EOQ Inventory Cost to get Rp.2.274.491, - with a savings of Rp.972.043,- or in percent around 29,94%.
