Abstract

Penjadwalan produksi adalah salah satu pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh managemen untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan perusahaan. Industri Polyurethanes yang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kimia resin premix (polyol) dan isocyanate. Keberagaman jenis dari produk yang dihasilkan membuat jadwal produksi harus disesusaikan. Faktor penunjang produksi seperti fasilitas produksi dan ketersedian Sumber Daya Manusia dapat menjadi pertimbangan. Metode Dispatching Rules dipilih oleh penulis karena pada metode ini dapat menyelesaikan rumusan masalah pada penelitian yang dilakukan. Metode Dispatching Rules memiliki 2 aturan seperti SPT ( Shortest Processing Time ), LPT ( Longest Processing Time ). Di dalam metode ini memiliki data mentah total waktu proses. Dari permasalahan ini aturan SPT ( Shortest Processing Time ) dengan nilai rata – rata penyelesaian waktu 45,26 hours lebih singkat 1.17 hour dari metode LPT ( Longest Processing Time ). Kemudian prosentase utilitas mesin memiliki nilai 0.01 % lebih besar dari LPT ( Longest Processing Time ) yang hanya 0,16% untuk utilitas mesin. Kata Kunci : Produksi, Jadwal, Dispatching Rules, Industri, Fasilitas Planning for schedule production is one jobdesk for management to reequirment company. Polyurethanes factory is a company with product a chemical resin premix and cosmonate. Create schedulling process production from variaety types of products order. Production of facility and availability operator can be considered to supporting production. The company have business system MTO (Make To Order), continu the production schedule is create based on incoming orders. Dispatching Rules method have choosen author because this method can eliminated problem for the research. Dispatching Rules method has 3 regulation the first is SPT ( Shortest Processing Time ), the second LPT ( Longest Processing Time ). In this method has a raw data from time job order. In this topic write use 2 rule at dispatching method is SPT ( Shortest Processing Time ) and LPT ( Longest Processing Time ). After that writer process the data, now method SPT ( Shortest Processing Time ) has a efficient rules. Because this rule has a average finishing job is 45.26 fastesr from LPT method at 1.17 different. And then the percentage utility meachine SPT ( Shortest Processing Time ) has a 0.01 % bigger grade than LPT, which is LPT has a 0.16% for utility machine Keywords : Production, Scheduled, Dispatching rules, Industry, Facility
