Abstract
Perusahaan yang berbasis manufaktur wajib menjaga kelancaran serta tingkat produksi yang berkelanjutan sesuai dengan permintaan konsumen. Adanya peningkatan tuntutan konsumen akan produk yang dipesan maka akan semakin meningkatkan keinginan perusahaan untuk menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya dengan maksimal. PT Sanpak Unggul yaitu perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam bidang industri plastik, khususnya memproduksi kemasan botol plastik Permasalahan yang sering terjadi yaitu terhentinya proses produksi dikarenakan mesin blow molding X sering mengalami masin mati mendadak atau tidak otomatis, sehingga kinerja mesin tidak optimal. Terhentinya proses produksi sering terjadi disebabkan adanya masalah dalam mesin atau peralatan dalam proses produksi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode OEE dan FMEA yang kemudian dilakukan analisa terhadap mesin blow molding X. Hasil perhitungan OEE yang didapatkan adalah nilai Availability sebesar 94,6% kemudian untuk nilai Performance sebesar 93,76% dan untuk nilai Quality sebesar 96,94%. Dan rata-rata nilai OEE pada periode Oktober 2021- Maret 2022 yaitu sebesar 85,69%. Serta hasil analisa FMEA menghasilkan nilai RPN tertinggi pada Defect Losses. Kata kunci: Perusahaaan Manufaktur, Efektifitas mesin, Blow Molding, OEE, FMEA Manufacturing-based companies are required to maintain smooth and sustainable production levels in accordance with consumer demand. An increase in consumer demand for the product ordered will further increase the company's desire to carry out its operational activities to the fullest. PT Sanpak Unggul is a manufacturing company engaged in the plastics industry, specifically producing plastic bottle packaging. The problem that often occurs is the cessation of the production process because the X blow molding machine often experiences sudden or non-automatic shutdowns, so that engine performance is not optimal. The cessation of the production process often occurs due to problems in the machine or equipment in the production process. The method used is the OEE and FMEA methods which are then analyzed for the X blow molding machine. The OEE calculation results obtained are an Availability value of 94.6% then a Performance value of 93.76% and a Quality value of 96.94%. And the average OEE value in the period October 2021-March 2022 is 85.69%. As well as FMEA analysis results produce the highest RPN value on Defect Losses.
