Abstract

Era society 5.0 saat ini telah merubah cara kerja divisi sales dan marketing pada setiap perusahaan yang mengikuti trend dan perkembangan teknologi. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi, untuk memaksimalkan penjualan muncul istilah Performance Marketing. Divisi ini memiliki tugas pokok salah satunya adalah mendatangkan Incoming Call sebanyak-banyaknya dari campaign mereka di social media dan internet. Semua incoming call tersebut akan disimpan ke dalam database yang kemudian akan digunakan kembali dalam aktivitas followup customer pada campaign selanjutnya. Pada penelitian ini dipaparkan sebuah rancangan aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan metode decision tree dengan algoritma C45 untuk merecord data sekaligus klasifikasi Incoming Call prospek dan non prospek. Objek penelitian ini adalah sebuah divisi performance marketing pada PT. XYZ yang bergerak dibidang sewa dan penjualan mesin fotocopy. Perusahaan ini memegang prinsip syariah dalam bisnisnya sehingga diperlukan klasifikasi kategori call non prospek pada data incoming call yang berseberangan dengan sistem syariah. Metode pengembangan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah waterfall dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan memanfaatkan library C45. Hasil yang akan dicapai adalah database incoming call yang sudah memiliki label target prospektif secara otomatis sehingga memudahkan tim sales operation dalam mengelola incoming call. The current Era of Society 5.0 has transformed the working methods of sales and marketing divisions in every company that follows technological trends and developments. By harnessing technology to maximize sales, the term Performance Marketing has emerged. This division has several core responsibilities, one of which is to generate as many incoming calls as possible from their campaigns on social media and the internet. All of these incoming calls will be stored in a database, which will later be reused in customer follow-up activities for subsequent campaigns. This research presents a web-based application design using the decision tree method with C45 algorithm to record data and classify incoming calls into prospect and nonprospect categories. The subject of this research is a performance marketing division at PT. XYZ, which is involved in the rental and sale of photocopier machines. This company adheres to Sharia principles in its business operations, necessitating the classification of non-prospect call categories in incoming call data that are contrary to Sharia principles. The application development method employed is the waterfall model, utilizing the PHP programming language and leveraging C45 library. The expected outcome is an incoming call databases that is automatically labeled as prospective targets, thereby facilitating the sales operations team in managing incoming calls.
