Abstract
In the analysis and development of business travel this calculation system, will be developed by a system that would enable the company element associated with official travel in a company, of which will help the personnel and financial sections in data processing employees who will perform perjalalanan service. The system is built to accelerate the personnel and financial data processing employees who will get a job outside the office. Development of application systems include the manufacture warrant task (SPT) were performed by the personnel, data entry official travel by employees assigned budgets and verification performed by the finance department, and reports related to business travel. The method in this application system development, using the waterfall method. Programming language that will be used to develop software is php for web, are html and jquery to its mobile. Keywords: Kakulasi official travel, mobile web, php, html, jquery Dalam analisa dan pengembangan sistem perhitungan perjalanan dinas ini, akan dikembangkan oleh sebuah sistem yang berguna untuk memudahkan element perusahaan yang terkait dengan perjalanan dinas pada sebuah perusahaan, diantaranya akan membantu bagian personalia dan bagian keuangan dalam mengolah data karyawan yang akan melakukan perjalalanan dinas. Sistem ini dibangun untuk mempercepat bagian personalia dan keuangan dalam mengolah data karyawan yang akan mendapatkan tugas diluar kantor. Pengembangan sistem aplikasi meliputi pembuatan surat perintah tugas (SPT) yang dilakukan oleh bagian personalia, pengisian data perjalanan dinas oleh karyawan yang ditugaskan dan verifikasi anggaran yang dilakukan oleh bagian keuangan, serta laporan terkait dengan perjalanan dinas. Metode dalam pengembangan sistem aplikasi ini, menggunakan metode waterfall. Bahasa pemograman yang akan digunakan untuk mengembangkan perangkat lunak adalah php untuk webnya, sedang html dan jquery untuk mobilenya.
