Abstract
The internet, especially in the field of education, is very useful for students and teachers to assist the educational process and further assist in the process of improving educational knowledge. Measurement of Quality of Service (QoS) on the Internet Network for High School Ki Hajar Dewantoro Tangerang Based on Wireshark. Namely to examine the measurement of how well a network service. By knowing the parameters of Quality of Services (QoS) according to the TIPHON standard. Internet Network Quality at Ki Hajar Dewantoro Senior High School Tangerang, based on TIPHON standardization using parameter value measurements, the highest throughput results were during ISP 1 peak hours with an average value of 1813 kbps in the Good category, while the lowest throughput value was during peak hours. not busy ISP 2 with an average value of 300 kbps in the Bad category. The highest packet loss value is during ISP 2 off-peak hours with an average value of 1% in the Very Good category, while the lowest packet loss value is during ISP 1 peak hours with an average of 0.036% in the Very Good category. The highest delay value is during ISP 2 off-peak hours with an average value of 21.5ms in the Very Good category, while the lowest delay value is during ISP 1 peak hours with an average value of 4.25ms in the Very Good category. The highest jitter value is during ISP 2 off-peak hours with an average value of 21.5ms in the Good category, while the lowest jitter value is during ISP 1 peak hours with an average value of 4.25ms in the Good Category. Keywords: Quality of Service, Throughput, Packet loss, Delay, Jitter. Internet khususnya dalam bidang Pendidikan sangat lah berguna bagi pelajar maupun pengajar untuk membantu proses pendidikan dan semakin membantu dalam proses peningkatan ilmu Pendidikan. Pengukuran Quality of Service (QoS) pada Jaringan Internet Sekolah Menengah Atas Ki Hajar Dewantoro Tangerang Berbasis Wireshark. Yaitu untuk meneliti pengukuran seberapa baik suatu layanan jaringan. Dengan mengetahui parameter-parameter Quality of Services (QoS) menurut standar TIPHON. Kualitas Jaringan Internet pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Ki Hajar Dewantoro Tangerang, berdasarkan standarisasi TIPHON dengan menggunakan pengukuran nilai parameter mendapatkan hasil nilai throughput tertinggi yaitu ada pada jam sibuk ISP 1 dengan rata rata nilai 1813 kbps dalam kategori Bagus, sedangkan nilai throughput terendah yaitu ada pada jam tidak sibuk ISP 2 dengan rata-rata nilai 300 kbps dalam kategori Buruk. Nilai packet loss tertinggi yaitu ada pada jam tidak sibuk ISP 2 dengan rata-rata nilai 1% dalam kategori Sangat Bagus, sedangkan nilai packet loss terendah yaitu ada pada jam sibuk ISP 1 dengan ratarata 0,036% dalam kategori Sangat Bagus. Nilai delay tertinggi yaitu ada pada jam tidak sibuk ISP 2 dengan rata-rata nilai 21,5ms dalam kategori Sangat Bagus, sedangkan nilai delay terendah yaitu ada pada jam sibuk ISP 1 dengan rata-rata nilai 4,25ms dalam kategori Sangat Bagus. Nilai jitter tertinggi yaitu ada pada jam tidak sibuk ISP 2 dengan rata-rata nilai 21,5ms dalam kategori Bagus, sedangkan nilai terendah jitter yaitu ada pada jam sibuk ISP 1 dengan rata-rata nilai 4,25ms dalam Kategori Bagus.
