Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi sistem sangat berpengaruh besar bagi kegiatan atau aktifitas yang dilakukan seseorang, semakin tingginya perkembangan teknologi sistem, sehingga kegiatan dan kebutuhan tersebut dapat membantu dan meringankan aktifitas serta kegiatan menjadi lebih efisien. Perkembangan komputer juga menjadi sorotan yang sangat diperhatikan pada saat ini, karena sangat berkembang pesat dan juga pada era pandemic COVID-19 lalu menjadikan pemakaian komputer menjadi lebih meningkat. PT. Peranti Teknologi Informatika salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak apa pengadaan barang dan jasa , mereka menyediakan perangkat IT dari barang mulai barang hingga jasa installasinya. Terkait Penjelasan tersebut PT Peranti Teknologi Informatika memiliki beberapa masalah terkait proyek-proyek yang akan mereka pekerjakan, masalahnya ada pada pembagian secara merata untuk membagikan proyek pekerjaannya. Selama ini PT.Peranti Teknologi Informatika melakukan pembagian proyek pekerjaan itu secara manual dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan juga menunjuk langsung karyawan di tempat kerja tersebut. Ini menjadi masalah karena, pembagian proyek ini menjadi tidak efisien. penelitian ini membantu dalam merancang dan membangun sebuah system aplikasi berbasis web untuk membagikan proyek pekerjaan kepada karyawan dan menggunakan algoritma priority scheduling untuk mengetahui proyek mana yang memiliki prioritas tertinggi. Dan dengan adanya penggunaan algoritma priority scheduling pekerjaan dan pembagian bisa lebih efektif dan menghasilkan urutan dengan prioritas tinggi sangat sesuai. Kata Kunci : Algoritma Priority Scheduling, Aplikasi Pembagian Project Berbasis Web, Algoritma Priority Scheduling Menggunakan Codeigniter 3 The development of system technology has a big influence on the activities or activities carried out by a person, the higher the development of system technology, so that these activities and needs can help and relieve activities and activities to become more efficient. The development of computers is also a spotlight that is very concerned at this time, because it is growing rapidly and also during the COVID19 pandemic era, computer usage has increased. PT. Information Technology Devices is one of the companies engaged in the procurement of goods and services, they provide IT equipment from goods to installation services. Related to this explanation, PT Device Technology Informatika has several problems related to the projects they will work on, the problem is in the distribution of work projects evenly. So far, PT.Peranti Teknologi Informatika has divided the project work manually using Microsoft Excel and also directly appoints employees at the workplace. This is a problem because, the division of this project becomes inefficient. This research assists in designing and building a web-based application system to distribute work projects to employees and use priority scheduling algorithms to find out which project has the highest priority. And with the use of job priority scheduling algorithms and distribution can be more effective and produce a very appropriate high priority sequence.
