Abstract

Aplikasi pencatatan data kependudukan dirancang untuk mengelola data kependudukan diantaranya data kematian, data kelahiran, data perpindahan, dan data pendatang. Penerapan teknologi informasi kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu dan mempermudah para pegawai desa dalam mengelola data penduduk, membantu dalam proses pembuatan laporan sehingga dapat membantu pemerintah daerah untuk memperbaiki pertumbuhan penduduk. Aplikasi pencatatan data kependudukan diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu referensi dan sumber solusi untuk masalah ini. Seiring berkembangnya zaman perkembangan teknologi pun sangat pesat. Oleh karena itu, aplikasi data kependudukan dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall yang terdiri dari beberapa proses yaitu proses perencanaan, proses analisa data, proses desain aplikasi, proses implementasi, proses pengujian dan proses pemeliharan aplikasi. Selain menggunakan metode Waterfall, penelitian ini pun menggunakan algoritma yang dapat mengenkripsi data yaitu Algoritma RC4 (Rivest Code 4). Algoritma tersebut dapat membantu mengamankan data penduduk sehingga data penduduk terjaga kerahasiannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya aplikasi pencatatan data kependudukan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan para pegawai desa. Population data recording applications are designed to manage population data including death data, birth data, migration data, and immigrant data. The application of information technology in this activity aims to assist and facilitate village officials in managing population data, assisting in the process of making Reports so that they can assist local governments to improve population growth. The population data recording application is expected to be a reference and source of solutions to this problem. Along with the development of the times, the development of technology was very rapid. Therefore, the population data application is designed using the Waterfall method which consists of several processes, namely the planning process, the data analysis process, the application design process, the implementation process, the testing process and the application maintenance process. Apart from using the Waterfall method, this research also uses an algorithm that can encrypt data, namely the RC4 Algorithm (Rivest Code 4). This algorithm can help secure population data so that resident data is kept confidential. The result of this research is the formation of a population data recording application that is tailored to the needs of village officials.
