Abstract
Di era globalisasi, banyak program yang dibuat oleh manusia untuk memecahkan permasalahan didalam kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti Asuransi. PT.MNO merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa asuransi yang menawarkan berbagai jenis produk asuransi termasuk asuransi kendaraan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes Classifier yang merupakan salah satu teknik klasifikasi dalam Data Mining sehingga dapat membantu dalam memperoleh informasi yang akurat dengan mengambil keputusan yang tepat. Data produk asuransi kendaraan tahun 2021 memberikan peringkat akurasi sebesar 73% dengan rincian sebagai berikut: 324 data yang benar-benar masih aktif dan 99 data yang memang sudah tidak aktif. Dengan class recall dengan data yang benar-benar tidak aktif sebesar 53% dan data yang memang benar-benar masih aktif sebesar 82%. Kata kunci: Data Mining, Naïve Bayes Classifier, Klasifikasi. In the era of globalization, many programs are created by humans to solve problems in everyday life, such as insurance. PT.MNO is a company engaged in insurance services that offers various types of insurance products including vehicle insurance. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier method which is one of the classification techniques in data mining so that it can assist in obtaining accurate information by making the right decisions. Vehicle insurance product data for 2021 provides an accuracy rating of 73% with the following details: 324 data that are still active and 99 data that are no longer active.
