Abstract

The motivation to achieve success plays a highly significant role in the workplace. When employees are highly motivated to excel within a quality company, the outcomes are beneficial for both individuals and the company as a whole. This research aims to determine the influence of self-confidence and career maturity on employee achievement motivation at PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with accidental sampling technique. The research population consists of 120 employees of PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia. The instruments used in this research are selfconfidence scale, career maturity scale, and achievement motivation scale. The analysis employed in this study is simple linear regression test using SPSS 27 for Windows software. The results of this study indicate a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The meaning is that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a significant positive influence of selfconfidence and career maturity on achievement motivation. This indicates that the higher the levels of self-confidence and career maturity of employees, the higher the achievement motivation at PT. Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia. Keywords: Self Confidence, Career Maturity, Achievement Motivation Motivasi untuk mencapai prestasi memiliki peran yang sangat signifikan dalam lingkungan kerja. Ketika karyawan memiliki motivasi tinggi untuk mencapai prestasi di perusahaan yang berkualitas, hasilnya akan menguntungkan baik bagi individu maupun perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self confidence dan kematangan karir terhadap motivasi berprestasi karyawan PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik accidental sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 120 karyawan PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah skala self confidence, skala kematangan karir dan skala motivasi berprestasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 27 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Artinya hipotesis diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif self confidence dan kematangan karir terhadap motivasi berprestasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat self confidence dan kematangan karir karyawan maka semakin tinggi motivasi berprestasi di PT. Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia.
