Abstract
The development of information technology is growing at this time, one of which is the use of computers and the Internet, make all aspects of life unchanged. The development of information technology require all fields to make changes or development of information systems to support all activities that take advantage of advances in technology. Can’t be separated is in the field of health, in the health sector advances in technology have helped in the effort to improve public health with the tools that adopt advanced technology, and a good information system to expedite diagnosis. Laboratory as part of the health sector can not be separated from the fields to utilization of advances in this information technology. Laboratory activities oriented to provide test results quickly and accurately so that the resulting diagnosis can be utilized as much as possible in the interest of safety and public health. Laboratory activities are supported by good information system will improve health services optimally. As a service to the public one Prodia Laboratory provides service home service which in actual specimen retrieval can be performed in the patient's home. In the implementation of this service home service use information technology to support the implementation of these services become better. Web based information systems can be utilized as much as possible so that these services can reach patients as expected. Keywords: Information Systems, Laboratory, Service, Web. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin berkembang saat ini, salah satunya yaitu pemanfaatan komputer dan jaringan internet, membuat semua aspek kehidupan mengalami perubahan. Perkembangan teknologi informasi mengharuskan segala bidang melakukan perubahan atau pengembangan sistem informasi untuk menunjang segala kegiatan yang memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi. Tidak terlepas yaitu dalam bidang kesehatan, di bidang kesehatan ini kemajuan teknologi sangat membantu dalam upaya memajukan kesehatan masyarakat dengan adanya alat-alat yang mengadopsi teknologi yang canggih, dan sistem informasi yang baik untuk mempercepat diagnosa. Laboratorium sebagai bagian dari bidang kesehatan tidak terlepas dari bidang yang harus memanfaatan kemajuan teknologi informasi ini. Kegiatan laboratorium yang berorientasi dalam memberikan hasil pemeriksaan secara cepat dan tepat agar diagnosa yang dihasilkan dapat segera dimanfaatkan semaksimal mungkin demi keselamatan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Kegiatan laboratorium yang ditunjang oleh sistem informasi yang baik akan meningkatkan layanan kesehatan secara optimal. Sebagai layanan kepada masyarakat salah satunya Laboratorium Prodia memberikan layanan home service yang dalam pelaksanaannya pengambilan specimen dapat dilakukan di rumah pasien. Dalam pelaksanaan layanan home service ini pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dapat menunjang pelaksanaan layanan ini menjadi lebih baik. Sistem informasi berbasis web dapat dimanfaatkan semaksimal mungkin agar layanan ini dapat menjangkau pasien sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Kata kunci : Laboratorium, Layanan, Sistem Informasi, Web.
