Abstract

Senior High School 63 Jakarta is one of the leading high schools in the South Jakarta area. Senior High School 63 Jakarta was once ranked 8th and was in the top 7 of the best schools in DKI Jakarta. In 2010, this school also received the number 1 best school award in South Jakarta. This school implements a majors system like other public schools. However, some students who enter the department are not in accordance with their expertise. So, a method is needed to identify school students and predict the level of satisfaction in the character education system. This study uses the c.45 algorithm using the decision tree method to make predictions and classify students based on existing data and make predictions for students at school. Based on research, the algorithm uses a questionnaire to record student data based on the questions listed. Keywords: satisfaction, algorithm c.45, data mining SMA Negeri 63 Jakarta adalah salah satu Sekolah Menengah atas unggulan yang berada di kawasan Jakarta Selatan. SMA Negeri 63 Jakarta pernah menduduki peringkat 8 dan merupakan 7 besar sekolah terbaik di DKI Jakarta. Pada tahun 2010, sekolah ini juga mendapat penghargaan sekolah terbaik nomor 1 se-Jakarta Selatan. Sekolah ini menerapkan sistem penjurusan seperti sekolah negeri lainnya. Namun siswa yang masuk jurusan tersebut sebagian tidak sesuai dengan keahlian mereka. Maka, diperlukan cara metode untuk untuk mengidentifikasi siswa-siswi sekolah dan memprediksi tingkat kepuasan dalam sistem pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma c.45 menggunakan metode pohon keputusan untuk melakukan prediksi dan klasifikasi mengenai para siswa berdasarkan data-data yang sudah ada serta melakukan prediksi terhadap siswa-siswi di sekolah. Berdasarkan penelitian, algoritma tersebut menggunakan kuisioner untuk mendata siswa berdaasarkan pertanyaan yang tertera. Kata Kunci : kepuasan, algoritma c.45, data mining
