Abstract

PT. Pelnagi Sindu Mulia is Shipping companies that use the use of ships and cross the Indonesian ocean. In this company’s study of managing financial and invoice data that is still running manually. This can lead to errors in invoice printing and loss of invoiced data. The purpose of this research is to create an application system invoice can make it easier and faster. Database creation using MariaDB and PHP as programming languages. Application testing uses black box testing to find out the functionality and performance for each menu of the app. With the presence of this web-based invoice system is expected to help employees in the creation of invoices faster and more accurate as well as ease of data search and presentation of information. Keywords: Invoice Administration System, Website, PHP, MySQL PT. Pelangi Sindu Mulia adalah perusahaan pelayaran kapal yang memanfaatkan penggunaan kapal dan melintasi lautan Indonesia. Dalam kajian perusahaan ini tentang mengelola data keuangan dan invoice yang masih berjalan secara manual. Hal ini dapat terjadi membuat kesalahan dalam pengetikan invoice dan hilangnya data invoice. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu diperlukan sebuah pembuatan aplikasi sistem invoice dapat menjadikan lebih mudah dan cepat. Pembuatan database menggunakan MariaDB serta PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman. Pengujian aplikasi menggunakan black box testing untuk mengetahui fungsi dan kinerja untuk setiap menu dari aplikasi. Dengan adanya sistem invoice berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat membantu karyawan dalam pembuatan invoice lebih cepat dan akurat serta kemudahan pencarian data dan penyajian informasi.
