Abstract

The BLT – Dana Desa is a government assistance program that provides cash or other forms of aid, both conditional and unconditional, primarily to the impoverished community. The objectives of this research include determining the performance of Naïve Bayes and C4.5 algorithms in predicting potential recipients of the Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT - DD) in Kab. Majalengka. The results of this study consist of a comparison between the two algorithms to determine which algorithm performs better in predicting the beneficiaries of this social assistance. The research stages include data collection, pre-processing, split validation, algorithm modeling, evaluation, and data visualization. The data used for this research consists of 1649 records obtained from the National Socio-Economic Survey conducted in March 2022 and published by the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The study yielded an accuracy rate of 96% for the Naïve Bayes algorithm, while the accuracy rate for the C4.5 algorithm was 92%. It can be concluded that the Naïve Bayes algorithm has a higher accuracy rate compared to the C4.5 algorithm. This research is expected to provide a reference for decision-making regarding the recipients of the Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD). Keywords : Data Mining, Classification, Naïve Bayes, C4.5, BLT-DD BLT – Dana Desa adalah suatu program bantuan pemerintah yang dalam bentuk uang tunai maupun bantuan lainnya baik bersyarat atau tidak bersyarat terutama diberikan kepada masyarakat miskin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini diantaranya untuk mengetahui Performa dari Algoritma Naïve Bayes dan C4.5 dalam melakukan prediksi dari calon penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT – DD) pada Kab. Majalengka. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa hasil perbandingan kedua algoritma untuk mengetahui algoritma mana yang paling baik dalam melakukan prediksi penerima bantuan sosial tersebut. Adapun tahap penelitian yang dilakukan diantaranya, pengumpulan data pre-processing, split validation, pemodelan algoritma, evaluasi, dan visualisasi data. Data yang digunakan untuk kebutuhan penelitian adalah data dari Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional pada Maret 2022 yang dilakukan dan dipublikasikan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) sebanyak 1649 data. Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai accuracy pada algoritma Naïve Bayes sebesar 96%, sedangkan nilai accuracy pada algoritma C4.5 sebesar 92%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa algoritma Naïve Bayes memiliki nilai accuracy lebih besar dibandingkan algoritma C4.5. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan referensi untuk pengambilan keputusan penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD). Kata Kunci : Data Mining, Klasifikasi, Naïve Bayes, C4.5, BLT-DD
