Abstract
Rafael Trans Rental Information Systems is one information system to support the activities of car rental to customers in the city and outside the city. On Rafael Trans Rental still using bookkeeping that led to the frequent occurrence of errors in processing. This system was built, with the aim of managing the data capable petrified leasing, which includes the rental transaction data, payment data,car data and generate reports and provide information to the customer vehicle data easily and quickly. The method used structured and descriptive case study approach in Rafael Trans Rental, whereas the software in making this system is PHP, MySQL database, Browser and XAMPP. From the results of the application test, it can be seen that the Rafael Trans Rental Information System application can provide convenience for customers in the car ordering process and for admin can provide convenience in managing the process of recording car bookings and rental reports. Keywords: Rentals, Car Rental, Information Systems. Sistem Informasi Rental Rafael Trans adalah salah satu sistem informasi untuk mendukung kegiatan penyewaan mobil untuk pelanggan dalam kota maupun luar kota. Pada Rental Rafael Trans masih menggunakan pembukuan yang menyebabkan sering terjadinya kesalahan dalam proses pengolahan. Sistem ini dibangun, dengan tujuan mampu membantu mengelola data penyewaan, yang meliputi data transaksi penyewaan, data pembayaran, data mobil serta menghasilkan laporan dan memberikan informasi data kendaraan kepada pelanggan dengan mudah dan cepat. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan terstruktur dan bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada Rental Rafael Trans, sedangkan perangkat lunak dalam pembuatan sistem ini yaitu PHP, database MySQL, Browser dan XAMPP. Dari hasil uji aplikasi, dapat diketahui bahwa aplikasi Sistem Informasi Rental Rafael Trans dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam proses pemesanan mobil dan untuk admin dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam mengelola proses pencatatan pemesanan mobil dan laporan penyewaan. Kata kunci: Penyewaan, Rental Mobil, Sistem Informasi.
