Abstract

Order management application is an application that can be used in the small and medium business industry to help control the order flow, raw material inventory, and financial statements for the business, which in general all orders or reports of raw materials are recorded on notes or ledgers. This application is a solution to facilitate business owners in determining the priority scale of making orders. This application can also control the existing raw materials appropriately by using the FIFO algorithm (First In First Out) in this application. This algorithm allows customers to make Down Payment payments so that the customer has the right to make an order first. In addition this application will control the inventory of raw materials which will inform if the raw material inventory has reached the minimum limit by means of notification via pop up on the application, email and also via SMS. This allows the owner not to be short of raw materials when the production process takes place so that the production process becomes undisturbed. This application also has more other values, which can provide sales reports for each period determined by the business owner. This application uses the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) development model with the waterfall method and is designed using HTML, PHP programming languages with MySQL databases and uses CSS Boostrap as its main design. Keywords: Supply chain, Order application, Inventory application, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Aplikasi manjemen pemesanan adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan pada industri usaha kecil dan menengah dalam membantu mengontrol alur pemesanan, persediaan bahan baku, serta laporan keuangan pada usaha tersebut, yang pada umumnya semua pesanan atau laporan bahan baku dicatat pada nota atau buku besar. Aplikasi ini merupakan sebuah solusi untuk memberikan kemudahan pemilik usaha dalam menentukan skala prioritas pembuatan pesanan. Aplikasi ini juga dapat mengontrol bahan baku yang ada secara tepat dengan menggunakan algoritma FIFO (First In First Out) pada aplikasi ini. Algoritma ini memungkinkan pelanggan melakukan pembayaran Down Payment sehingga pelanggan tersebut berhak dibuatkan terlebih dahulu pesanannya. Selain itu aplikasi ini akan mengontrol persediaan bahan baku yang akan menginformasikan apabila persediaan bahan baku sudah mencapai batas minimum dengan cara pemberitahuan melalui pop up pada aplikasi, surel dan juga melalui SMS. Hal ini memungkinkan pemilik tidak akan kekurangan bahan baku pada saat proses produksi berlangsung sehingga proses produksi menjadi tidak terganggu. Aplikasi ini juga memiliki nilai lebih lainnya, yaitu dapat memberikan laporan penjualan tiap periode yang ditentukan oleh pemilik usaha. Aplikasi ini menggunakan model pengembangan SDLC (Software Deveopment Life Cycle) dengan metode waterfall dan dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, PHP dengan database MySQL serta menggunakan CSS Boostrap sebagai design utamannya Kata Kunci: Supplychain, Aplikasi pemesanan, Aplikasi inventory, SDLC (Software Deveopment Life Cycle)
