Abstract

The calculation of the value of pile foundation carrying capacity can be done in 2 (two) ways, namely based on laboratory test data and based on the results of testing in the field. To verify the value of carrying capacity, the static load testing method and the dynamic test method or on this project are carried out using the PDA Test (Pile Driving Analyzer). In principle, dynamic testing is only an estimation so that in some construction work large enough static tests must be carried out as comparative data to see the suitability of the carrying capacity produced by the dynamic test, because the static test result data is more accurate. In this study conducted by calculating the carrying capacity of the theoretical method based on SPT data, namely the Meyerhoff method and Luciano DeCourt method and based on CPT data, namely the Dutch method and the Schertmann & Nottinghamm method. And evaluated with the results of interpretation of the Loading Test data with the Davisson, Mazurkiewich and Chin methods, and with the results of the dynamic test, PDA testing. This study resulted in a comparison of the results of bearing capacity for poles given static testing and dynamic testing. On pole no. 268 resulted in the value of ultimate carrying capacity with SPT data of 285.1 tons, with CPT data of 254.7 tons, with the results of the interpretation of Loading Test data of 263 tons and the results of PDA testing of 407, and CAPWAP of 389.6 tons. Perhitungan nilai daya dukung pondasi tiang dapat dilakukan dengan 2 (dua) cara, yaitu berdasarkan data hasil pengujian laboratorium dan berdasarkan hasil pengujian di lapangan. Untuk mem-verifikasi nilai daya dukung tersebut umumnya digunakan metode pengujian beban statik (Static Loading Test) dan metode pengujian beban dinamik (Dynamic Test) atau pada proyek ini dilakukan dengan uji PDA (Pile Driving Analyzer). Pada prinsipnya pengujian dinamik hanya merupakan pendugaan sehingga pada beberapa pekerjaan konstruksi yang cukup besar pengujian statik harus dilakukan sebagai data pembanding untuk melihat kesesuaian hasil daya dukung yang dihasilkan oleh uji dinamik, karena data hasil uji statik lebih akurat. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menghitung daya dukung metode teoritis berdasarkan data SPT yaitu dengan metode Meyerhoff dan metode Luciano DeCourt dan berdasarkan data CPT yaitu dengan metode Dutch dan metode Schertmann & Nottinghamm. Dan dievaluasi dengan hasil interpretasi data Loading Test dengan metode Davisson, Mazurkiewich dan Chin, serta dengan hasil uji dinamik yaitu pengujian PDA. Penelitian ini menghasilkan perbandingan hasil daya dukung untuk tiang yang diberikan pengujian statik dan pengujian dinamik. Pada tiang no. 268 dihasilkan nilai daya dukung ultimit dengan data SPT sebesar 285,1 ton, dengan data CPT sebesar 254,7 ton, dengan hasil interpretasi data Loading Test sebesar 263 ton dan hasil pengujian PDA sebesar 407, serta CAPWAP sebesar 389,6 ton.
