Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly changed life and education worldwide. One of the main impacts is the adoption of Distance Learning, utilizing various digital platforms. However, challenges such as poor signal quality hinder students' access to the delivered materials. To address this, educators and stakeholders have turned to using Screen Recording applications to record and edit classes. This platform has proven effective in enhancing students' understanding and providing flexibility. Previous research has also shown that instructional animated videos are engaging and effective. This study focuses on developing animation features through coding in a screen recording application, utilizing libraries like Manim and GSAP. This approach offers users flexibility and full control in creating captivating and interactive animations. In this context, ChatGPT serves as a tool to facilitate and expedite the animation creation process. Keywords: GSAP, Manim, Animation, ChatGPT, Screen Recording Pandemi COVID-19 telah mengubah kehidupan dan pendidikan secara signifikan di seluruh dunia. Salah satu dampak utama adalah adopsi Pendidikan Jarak Jauh (PJJ) melalui platform digital. Namun, masalah sinyal yang buruk menghambat akses mahasiswa terhadap materi. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dosen dan pihak terkait menggunakan aplikasi Screen Recording untuk merekam dan mengedit kelas. Platform ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan pemahaman dan fleksibilitas bagi siswa. Penelitian sebelumnya juga menunjukkan bahwa video animasi pembelajaran sangat menarik dan efektif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan fitur animasi dengan pembuatan animasi menggunakan coding dalam aplikasi screen recorder, dengan memanfaatkan library Manim dan GSAP. Pendekatan ini memberikan fleksibilitas dan kontrol penuh kepada pengguna untuk menciptakan animasi menarik dan interaktif. Dalam konteks ini, ChatGPT digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pembuatan animasi. Kata Kunci: GSAP, Manim, Animasi, ChatGPT, Screen Recording
