Abstract

Business trips are essential activities in the corporate world. In carrying out these activities, professionals often require a bag that can efficiently and comfortably accommodate all their work essentials. However, many existing business bags lack flexibility in adapting to various travel needs. The design methodology employed in this report involves surveys of potential users' needs, analysis of business travel requirements, and prototype development. Surveys were conducted to identify users' preferences and primary needs regarding the functionality and design of business bags. Based on the survey results, an analysis of business travel requirements was conducted to understand specific needs that should be considered in the design of an adjustable bag. This report aims to contribute to the development of more adaptive and efficient business bags to support business trip activities. The adjustable bag is expected to enhance professionals' productivity and comfort in carrying out their business tasks more effectively. Keyword : Adjustable bag, Business trip, Activities, Flexibility Perjalanan bisnis merupakan kegiatan yang penting dalam dunia korporat. Dalam menjalankan kegiatan tersebut, para profesional sering kali membutuhkan tas yang dapat menampung semua perlengkapan kerja mereka dengan efisiensi dan kenyamanan. Namun, banyak tas bisnis yang tersedia saat ini kurang fleksibel dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan berbagai kebutuhan perjalanan. Metode perancangan yang digunakan dalam laporan ini melibatkan survei kebutuhan pengguna potensial, analisis kebutuhan perjalanan bisnis, dan pengembangan prototipe. Survei dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi preferensi dan kebutuhan utama pengguna dalam hal fungsi dan desain tas bisnis. Berdasarkan hasil survei, analisis kebutuhan perjalanan bisnis dilakukan untuk memahami kebutuhan khusus yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam perancangan adjustable bag. Laporan ini bertujuan memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan tas bisnis yang lebih adaptif dan efisien untuk mendukung kegiatan business trip. Adjustable bag ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kenyamanan para profesional dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas bisnis mereka dengan lebih baik.
