Abstract

PT. SMP (Sinar Mulia Property) is an organization formed in the sale of land in Tangerang, located in Kelapa Dua Tangerang. Because of the importance of a web application system online in the auction will need information about the history of the land of data, physical data of the land is a very important requirement for the auctioneer. One way is with the establishment of a planning system is a web-based auction land that can be used to conduct the auction and find out information about the soil data more accurate. The steps include collecting data, modeling the system, creation of data structures, designing the look of the website, and system testing. With him in this auction system, in the hope developers can more easily find out information about the land that will be auctioned online. Keywords: Design of a web-based auction system ground. PT. SMP (Sinar Mulia Property) adalah suatu organisasi yang terbentuk dalam bidang penjualan tanah di daerah Tangerang. Karena pentingnya sistem aplikasi web secara online dalam pelelangan maka kebutuhan akan informasi mengenai suatu data riwayat dari tanah tersebut, data fisik dari tanah tersebut merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting untuk para pelelang. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan dibuatnya suatu perencanaan sistem pelelangan tanah berbasis web yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pelelangan dan mengetahui informasi seputar data tanah tersebut yang lebih akurat. Adapun langkah–langkah antara lain pengumpulan data, pemodelan sistem, pembuatan struktur data, pembuatan rancangan tampilan website, dan pengujian sistem. Dengan di buatnya sistem pelelangan ini, di harapkan developer dapat lebih mudah mengetahui informasi tentang tanah yang akan dilelang secara online. Kata Kunci: Perancangan sistem pelelangan tanah berbasis web.
