Abstract

At Roti Jaya Mandiri Home Industry there are still a lot of human workers employed. In the process of making the dough, it is still done manually using human power. Body posture is very influential in the process of making dough, because it is still done manually using human hands. This research was conducted on the basis of complaints of pain in the body parts of the workers. With existing complaints to find the best solution to improve and prevent the risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Data collection and retrieval in this study were carried out by analyzing and using tools. This study also uses direct observation to obtain research data and information. This research was conducted at the Jaya Mandiri Roti Home Industry, this bread Home Industry is located in Kreo Village, South Jakarta. Qualitative methods use the Nordic Body Map REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment), RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment). The final score obtained for the REBA method is 7 with a moderate level of risk and corrective action is needed. The value of using the RULA method is to get a result of 7 where the action level reaches number 4 which means high, this condition is dangerous, so further inspection or observation and a change in work position are needed immediately because it is dangerous. which is a low level of risk. In the calculation after repairing the RULA value to 3, the level of risk decreases, the risk level becomes lower. Recommendations for improvements made are to provide tools to reduce the level of complaints from workers and to resolve problems resulting from complaints from workers Keywords : REBA, RULA, Complaints, Risks, Nordic Body Map Pada Home Industry Roti Jaya Mandiri masih banyak mempekerjakan tenaga kerja manusia. Pada proses pembuatan adonan, masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan tenaga manusi. Postur tubuh sangat berpengaruh pada proses pembuatan adonan, karena masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan tangan manusia. Penelitian ini di lakukan atas dasar adanya keluhan sakit pada bagian tubuh para pekerja. Dengan keluhan yang ada untuk menemukan solusi terbaik untk perbaikan dan mencegah resiko Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) Pengumpulan dan pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis dan menggunakan tools. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan observasi secara langsung untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Home Industry Roti Jaya Mandiri, Home Industry roti ini berlokasi di kelurahan kreo jakarta selatan. Metode kualitatif menggunakan Nordic Body Map REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment), RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Asessment). Skor akhir yang di dapatkan untuk metode REBA adalah 7 dengan tingkat resiko sedamg dan diperlukan tindakan perbaikan. Nilai dari penggunaan metode RULA di dapatkan Hasil 7 dimana level tindakan mencapai angka 4 yang berarti tinggi, kondisi ini berbahaya maka pemeriksaan atau pengamatan lebih lanjut dan perubahan posisi kerja diperlukan segera karena berbahaya. Pada perhitungan setelah dilakukan perbaikan menjadi turun tingkat resiko dengan nilai REBA 3 yang tingkat resikonya rendah. Pada perhitungan setelah dilakukan perbaikan nilai RULA menjadi 3 turun tingkat resiko yang tingkat resikonya menjadi rendah. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan alat bantu untuk mengurangi tingkat keluhan dari para pekerja dan untuk menyelesaikan masalah akibat keluhan dari para pekerja Kata Kunci : REBA, RULA, Keluhan, Resiko , Nordic Body Map
