Abstract

The metal manufacturing industry is one of the companies engaged in the metal industry Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) made from steel in manufacturing products spare part Locomotif, Otomotif, and Valve. In the fulfillment of raw materials requires cooperation with other parties, namely supplier so that doesn't happen line stop in production and maintenance work livestock inventory raw material steel scrap 304 which will be processed into products marketed. Therefore, the company is required to be able to review again supplier steel scrap 304 whichever is appropriate maintained employment contracts, as well as paying attention to the priority scale of what criteria are good as a reference in the selection supplier steel scrap 304 furthermore. MethodAnalytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one of the methods taken in this study for selection analysis supplier steel scrap 304 those who deserve to be maintained with work contracts, as well as get a good criteria priority scale as a reference for selection supplier steel scrap 304 furthermore. The results of this study state that PT.A is eligible to maintain a work contract in the industry with the highest score of 0.454 / 45.5%, then in second place is PT.B with an acquisition value of 0.345 / 34.5%, and lastly PT .C with an acquisition value of 0.201 / 20.1%. And the results of the priority scale are good criteria as a reference for selection supplier steel scrap 304 then shows that the highest criterion order is obtained quality with a value of 0.499 / 49.9%, thendelivery with a value of 0.287 / 28.7%, nextprice with a value of 0.146 / 14.6%, and the lastservice with a value of 0.068 / 6.8%. Industri manufaktur logam merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) berbahan steel dalam pembuatan produk – produk spare part Locomotif, Otomotif, dan Valve. Dalam pemenuhan bahan bakunya memerlukan kerja sama dengan pihak lain yaitu supplier agar tidak terjadi line stop di lini kerja produksi dan menjaga stock inventory bahan baku steel scrap 304 yang akan diolah menjadi produk – produk yang dipasarkan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat mengkaji kembali supplier steel scrap 304 mana saja yang layak dipertahankan kontrak kerja, serta memperhatikan kembali skala prioritas kriteria apa saja yang baik dijadikan acuan dalam pemilihan supplier steel scrap 304 selanjutnya. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan salah satu metode yang diambil dalam penelitian ini untuk analisa pemilihan supplier steel scrap 304 yang layak dipertahankan kontrak kerja, serta mendapatkan skala prioritas kriteria yang baik sebagai acuan pemilihan supplier steel scrap 304 selanjutnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa PT.A yang layak dipertahankan kontrak kerja di industri tersebut dengan perolehan nilai tertinggi yaitu 0,454 / 45,5%, kemudian di urutan kedua PT.B dengan perolehan nilai 0,345 / 34,5%, dan yang terakhir PT.C dengan perolehan nilai 0,201 / 20,1%. Dan hasil skala prioritas kriteria yang baik sebagai acuan pemilihan supplier steel scrap 304 selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa urutan kriteria tertinggi diperoleh quality dengan nilai 0,499 / 49,9%, kemudian delivery dengan nilai 0,287 / 28,7%, selanjutnya price dengan nilai 0,146 / 14,6%, dan yang terakhir service dengan nilai 0,068 / 6,8%.
