Abstract

Dunia usaha di bidang jasa logistik saat ini semakin banyak bermunculan dan berkembang pesat, hal ini di karenakan mulai banyak nya perusahaan – perusahaan OEM yang semakin banyak dan berkembang di Indonesia, sehingga mereka tentunya banyak menghasilkan produk – produk buatan mereka sendiri yang hendak di kirimkan ke daerah tertentu dan antar daerah atau bahkan ke luar negeri. Hal inilah yang memicu perkembangan teknologi berbasis TIK yang di butuhkan oleh sebuah perusahaan logistik guna menunjang performa bisnis nya, serta di iringi dengan tingkat pelayanan dan kualitas yang sangat baik tentunya kepada pihak customer dengan menutamakan kualitas pelayanannya. Berdasarkan hal inilah, maka penelitian mengenai bisnis strategis yang menunjang performa dari bisnis Logistik menjadi faktor utama penulis guna menganalisis sejauh mana faktor TIK dan teknologi lainnya, serta QMS system ini dapat memberikan dampak yang cukup significant terhadap kemajuan bisnis dari suatu bidang usaha logistik. Didalam penelitian ini juga penulis ingin menitikberatkan kepada analisa data yang ada dari hasil riset atau penelitian yang telah di lakukan oleh penulis selama ini melalui survey secara langsung dan online, juga dengan meneliti dari beberapa penerapan QCC Project di bidang usaha logistik. Sehingga di harapkan penelitian ini akan memberikan ilustrasi atau gambaran yang cukup menyeluruh mengenai dampak kolaborasi antara teknologi TIK dengan Manajemen Kualitas yang baik atau yang biasa di kenal dengan sebutan Sistem Manajemen Mutu atau Quality Management System (QMS) dapat berpengaruh besar terhadap kemajuan bisnis sebuah perusahaan. Kata kunci: QMS, Logistik, TIK, Teknologi. The business world in the field of logistics services is currently emerging and growing rapidly, this is because many OEM companies are starting to increase and develop in Indonesia, so they of course produce a lot of their own products that they want to send to certain areas and between regions or even abroad. This is what triggers the development of ICT-based technology that is needed by a logistics company to support its business performance and accompanied by a very good level of service and quality, of course, to the customer by prioritizing the quality of service. Based on this, research on strategic business that supports the performance of the logistics business is the main factor for the authors to analyze the extent to which ICT factors and other technologies, as well as the QMS system, can have a significant impact on the business progress of a Logistics business. In this research, the author also wants to focus on the analysis of existing data from the results of research or research that has been carried out by the author so far through direct and online surveys, also by examining several QCC Project applications in the logistics business sector. So, it is hoped that this research will provide a comprehensive picture of the impact of a good Technology and Quality Management or commonly known as a Quality Management System (QMS) can have a major influence on the progress of a company's business.
