Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Kepemilikan Saham Manajerial terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Tahun 2016-2021). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah properti yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2021 yang berjumlah 61 perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga didapatkan 17 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas, Kepemilikan Saham Manajerial, tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan, Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci : Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Kepemilikan Saham Manajerial Nilai Perusahaan. This study aims to analyze the influence of Profitability, Liquidity and Managerial Ownership on Company Value (Empirical Study of the Property and Real Estate Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2021). The population in this study are property registered on the IDX for the 2016-2021 period, totaling 61 companies using the purposive sampling, so that 17 companies were obtained as samples. The method of analysis in this study is panel data regression with the SPSS program version 26. The results show that Liquidity and Managerial Ownership, have no effect on Firm Value. Meanwhile, Profitability have a significant effect on Company Value. Keywords : Profitability, Liquidity and Managerial Ownership on Company Value.
