Abstract

Educational institutions, especially tertiary institutions, produce graduates who are called alumni. Tracer Study as a liaison between alumni and universities. Tracer Study result data is urgently needed by Mercu Buana University (UMB), especially for study programs to be utilized in various interests, including: as information about the relationship between higher education and the world of work, assessing the relevance of educational outcomes at UMB to the world of work, as a completeness BAN PT accreditation requirements. Data collection for alumni is currently not optimal and duplication of alumni data still occurs. Alumni data collection is done using Google Forms. As the number of alumni increases, universities need systems that can track alumni so that they can easily collect data about them and achieve their goals. Therefore, an integrated information system is needed to manage processes and business process activities. Therefore, a framework is needed for planning, designing, and managing information systems, namely Enterprise Architecture (EA). In this study, researchers developed EA modeling using the TOGAF development methodology with 5 initial stages in the TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method), namely Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Application and Data Architecture and Technology Architecture, which are expected to produce a portfolio of applications that run the process according to the needs of the Career Relations and Alumni Search Bureau, so as to optimize data integration. Key words: Alumni, Enterprise Architecture, University, TOGAF ADM, Tracer Study. Lembaga pendidikan khususnya perguruan tinggi menghasilkan lulusan yang disebut alumni. Tracer Study sebagai penghubung alumni dengan universitas. Data hasil Tracer Study sangat dibutuhkan oleh Universitas Mercu Buana (UMB) terutama bagi program studi untuk dimanfaatkan di berbagai kepentingan, antara lain: sebagai informasi tentang hubungan antara pendidikan tinggi dan dunia kerja, menilai relevansi antara hasil pendidikan di UMB dengan dunia kerja, sebagai kelengkapan persyaratan akreditasi BAN PT. Pendataan alumni saat ini belum maksimal dan masih terjadi duplikasi data alumni. Pengumpulan data alumni dilakukan dengan menggunakan Google Forms. Seiring bertambahnya jumlah alumni, perguruan tinggi membutuhkan sistem yang dapat melacak alumni sehingga dapat dengan mudah mengumpulkan data tentang mereka dan mencapai tujuannya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi untuk mengelola proses dan kegiatan proses bisnis. Karena itu, diperlukan kerangka kerja untuk perencanaan, perancangan, dan pengelolaan sistem informasi yaitu Enterprise Architecture (EA). Pada penelitian ini, peneliti mengembangkan permodelan EA menggunakan metodologi pengembangan TOGAF dengan 5 tahapan awal dalam TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method) yaitu Preliminary, Visi Arsitektur, Arsitektur Bisnis, Arsitektur Aplikasi dan Data serta Arsitektur Teknologi, yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan portofolio aplikasi yang menjalankan proses bisnis sesuai dengan kebutuhan Biro Karir Hubungan dan Penelusuran Alumni, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengintegrasian data yang lebih optimal.
