Abstract

Clean water is a very important resource for human life. Clean water is needed to fulfill daily needs such as bathing, washing, cooking, and drinking. Water reservoirs and pumps are indeed two very important instruments in the clean water supply network. Water reservoirs function as clean water storage containers, either located underground or on rooftops or towers. Water reservoirs that are not cleaned regularly can cause health problems. The Clean In Place System for Water Reservoirs With Internet Of Things Technology is a smart solution to increase the effectiveness of cleaning water reservoirs. The objectives to be achieved in this research are: how to make a cleanin-place system in water reservoirs with Internet of Things technology; How to find out the ideal time needed in the chemical circulation process for cleaning water reservoirs and pathways for swab test results. How to find out the ideal time needed in the water neutralization process after chemical circulation. In experiment 9, the ideal experiment was with a flow of 15 L/M and a circulation time of 6 minutes, which resulted in a swab test value below 10 RLU. pH testing is carried out to ensure that the water reservoirs are protected from chemicals that have stagnated in the reservoirs, because if the chemical remains, it will be harmful to health.. Keywords; Acid, Alkali, Flow, Tank, Water. Air bersih merupakan sumber daya yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Air bersih dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari seperti untuk mandi, mencuci, memasak, dan minum. Tandon air dan pompa memang menjadi dua instrumen yang sangat penting dalam jaringan sistem pengadaan air bersih. Tandon air berfungsi sebagai wadah penyimpanan air bersih, baik yang terletak di bawah tanah atau pada rooftop/tower. Tandon air yang tidak dibersihkan secara rutin dapat mengakibatkan masalah kesehatan. Sistem Clean In Place pada Tandon Air Dengan Teknologi Internet Of Things merupakan solusi yang cerdas untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembersihan tandon air. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah Bagaiamana membuat Sistem Clean In Place pada tandon air dengan teknologi Internet Of Things, Bagaimana mengetahui waktu ideal yang dibutuhkan dalam proses sirkulasi chemical dalam pembersihan tandon air dan jalur terhadap hasil swab test, Bagaimana mengetahui waktu ideal yang dibutuhkan dalam proses penetralan air setelah dilakukan sirkulasi chemical. Pada percobaan 9 adalah percobaan yang ideal yaitu dengan flow 15 L/M, Waktu sirkulasi 6 menit menghasilkan nilai swab test dibawah 10 RLU. Pengujian pH dilakukan untuk memastikan tandon air terhindar dari chemical yang menggenang pada tandon, karena jika masih tersisa chemical akan berbahaya bagi kesehatan.
