Abstract

Flooding is the most destructive natural disaster in the world. The government will spend billions to deal with it. In the history of disaster events, disaster events can recur in the same place although with different amounts of loss, intensity, frequency and distribution. Therefore, it is important to have a detection system to provide early warning of flood disasters. In this research, a tool for monitoring flood detection will be made with the input of HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor, BME280 Sensor, YL-83 Rain Sensor, Water Flow Meter and ESP32 as a board for the use of the Internet of Things. In testing the sensor tool can work well in reading water levels both safe, alert and alert levels. Can read light, medium and heavy rain, temperature, humidity, barometric pressure and water discharge. Tests carried out will provide data notifications on the web. Keywords: HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor, BME280, ESP32, YL-83 Rain Sensor, Water Flow Meter. Banjir adalah bencana alam paling merusak yang terjadi di dunia. Pemerintah akan menghabiskan dana miliaran untuk mengatasinya. Dalam histori peristiwa bencana, kejadian bencana dapat terulang pada tempat yang sama walaupun dengan jumlah kerugian, intensitas, frekuensi dan distribusi yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu penting adanya sistem deteksi untuk memberi peringatan dini terhadap banjir. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat alat untuk monitoring deteksi ketinggian air dengan input Sensor Ultrasonik HC-SR04, Sensor BME280, Sensor Hujan YL-83, Water Flow Meter dan ESP32 sebagai board untuk penggunaan Internet of Things. Pada pengujian alat sensor dapat bekerja dengan baik dalam membaca level air baik level aman, siaga dan waspada. Dapat membaca hujan ringan, sedang ataupun lebat, suhu, kelembaban, tekanan barometrik dan laju aliran air. Pengujian yang dilakukan akan memberikan notifikasi data pada web. Kata Kunci: Sensor Ultrasonik HC-SR04, BME280, ESP32, Sensor Hujan YL-83, Water Flow Meter.
