Abstract

The current smart home devices are usually in the form of smart switches that are installed on each electronic device. By installing a smart home system using this smart switch module, it will be easier to apply. However, installing the smart switch module on each piece of equipment will certainly be difficult when there are repairs such as changing the name of the wifi which must reconnect each smart switch module, especially for lights which positions are certainly higher and difficult to reach. In addition, there is also no monitoring of the overall electricity usage, MCB trips will potentially occur due to overload electricity usage. This research is designed to monitor and control electronic devices that have on/off work systems such as lights, water pumps, fans and others. With the fuzzy logic control method, this tool is able to control the lights or electrical devices automatically every day. In addition, SmartPanelBOX can also be used to monitor electrical loads in real time from smartphone devices with an internet network via the Internet of Things. The results of the SmartPanelBOX system can control manually or automatically electronic devices that have an on/off working system such as lights, water pumps, fans and others. By using the fuzzy method when controlling the device automatically it can work with an accuracy rate of 99.12%, so that users can adjust electricity usage to avoid MCB trips due to overload. Apart from that, SmartPanelBOX can also be used to monitor electrical loads with a sensor accuracy level of 99.97 %, so that data users know the use of household electricity loads. Keywords: NodeMCU, PZEM-004T, Smart Home, fuzzy logic control, Internet of Things, realtime, monitoring Perangkat smart home yang ada pada saat ini rata-rata dalam bentuk smart swicth yang terpasang pada masing-masing perangkat elektronik. Secara instalasi sistem smart home dengan menggunakan modul smart switch ini akan lebih mudah aplikasikan. Namun Instalasi modul smart switch pada masing-masing peralatan tentu akan menyulitkan ketika ada perbaikan seperti penggantian nama wifi yang harus mengoneksikan ulang masing-masing modul smart switch, terutama untuk lampu yang posisinya tentu lebih tinggi dan sulit dijangkau. Selain itu juga tidak adanya monitoring pemakaian beban listrik secara keseluruhan, hal ini berpontensi terjadinya MCB trip akibat beban berlebih. Penelitian ini dirancang agar memonitoring serta mengontrol perangkat elektronik yang memiliki sistem kerja on/off seperti lampu, pompa air, kipas angin dan lainlain dan. Dengan metoda fuzzy logic control alat ini mampu mengontrol nyala lampu atau perangkat listrik secara otomatis seriap hari. Selain itu SmartPanelBOX juga dapat digunakan untuk monitoring beban listrik secara realtime dari perangkat smartphone dengan jaringan internet melalui Internet of Things. Hasil dari sistem SmartPanelBOX ini dapat mengontrol secara manual ataupun otomatis perangkat elektronik yang memiliki sistem kerja on/off seperti lampu, pompa air, kipas angin dan lain-lain. Dengan menggunakan metoda fuzzy saat mengontrol perangkat secara otomatis dapat bekerja dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 99.12%, sehingga pengguna dapat mengatur penggunaan listrik untuk menghindari terjadinya MCB trip akibat beban berlebih.. Selain itu SmartPanelBOX juga dapat digunakan untuk monitoring beban listrik dengan tingkat akurasi sensor sebesar 99.97%, sehingga penggunak data mengetahui penggunaan beban listrik rumah.
