Abstract

This research was conducted on NBC 001 products sold by the brand Nibras by PT. Fatahillah Anugerah Nibras which is engaged in garments. This company sells many products, but the NBC 001 product is the best-selling product because it has sold 12,673 pcs. This study focuses on the waste that occurs in the production process flow, based on the results of interviews with the warehousing department, it was found that there are 2 (two) types of waste that are the problem, namely defects and the length of production lead time. Then the research was carried out using the method lean namely combining VSM (Value Stream Mapping) and DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) in order to get theresults leanest. The results of this study stated that based on the results of the calculation of DPMO (Defects per Million Opportunity) that the defects that occurred were still within the concession provided by the company, namely 5%. And the problem in the production lead time after being calculated and analyzed using VSM (Value Stream Mapping) and DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) is obtained by combining processes that have output the same which is marker and cutting, adding operators, and adding supermarkets at work stations can reduce the value of NVA (Non Value Added) from 97% to 91% and increase the value of VA (Value Added) from 3% to 9%, then shorten the lead time from 10.4 days to 3 days and speed up the cycle time from 154.5 minutes to 137 minutes. Keywords: Lean, VSM, DMAIC, waste, defect Penelitian ini dilakukan pada produk NBC 001 yang dijual oleh brand Nibras yang dijual oleh PT. Fatahillah Anugerah Nibras yang bergerak dibidang garment. Banyak produk yang dijual oleh perusahaan ini, namun produk NBC 001 merupakan produk yang paling laris dijual karena sudah terjual sebanyak 12.673 pcs. Penelitian ini berfokus pada waste yang terjadi pada aliran proses produksi, berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan bagian pergudangan didapat ada 2 (dua) jenis waste yang menjadi permasalahan yaitu defect dan lamanya lead time production. Kemudian dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode lean yaitu penggabungan antara VSM (Value Stream Mapping) dan DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) demi mendapatkan hasil yang paling lean. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan DPMO (Defect per Million Opportunity) bahwa defect yang terjadi masih berada pada kelonggaran yang diberikan perusahaan yaitu sebesar 5%. Dan permasalahan pada lead time production setelah dihitung dan analisa menggunakan VSM (Value Stream Mapping) dan DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) didapat dengan menggabungkan proses yang memiliki output yang sama yaitu marker dan cutting, menambah operator, dan penambahan supermarket pada stasium kerja dapat mengurangi nilai NVA (Non Value Added) dari 97% menjadi 91% dan menaikan nilai VA (Value Added) dari 3% menjadi 9%, kemudian mempersingkat lead time dari 10,4 hari menjadi 3 hari serta mempercepat waktu siklus dari 154,5 menit menjadi 137 menit.
