Abstract
In all types of industry, especially the manufacturing industry, the smooth production process is the main demand that must be met so that the company's targets can be achieved. Machinery and production equipment are the most important elements in supporting the continuity of the production of a manufacturing company. PT. Inti Kemas Makmur Perkasa is a company that produces plastic. One of the policies taken is to increase production capacity at PT. Inti Kemas Makmur Perkasa Either by adding machines or increasing output. The object of this research is the selection of cutting machine No. This is because in the cutting process, production losses or downtime often occur, both caused by machines and production equipment and operators in carrying out the production process. To find out the losses that have the most influence on the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value on the cutting machine no. 28 at PT. Inti Kemas Makmur Perkasa. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method is the best way to identify process performance and find out where the machine's effectiveness is high or low. In the research on August 24 – September 30, 2020 for the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value of the cutting machine No. 28 which is 42%, for the average value of the Availability ratio the percentage value is 94%, for the average value of the Performance ratio the percentage value is 45%, and for the average value of the Rate of Quality ratio the percentage value is 100 %. with the Six Big Losses approach and analyzed using the Pareto Diagram method, Reduce Speed Losses with 86% results. This Reduce Speed Losses factor is analyzed using a causal diagram (Fishbone Diagram). Pada semua jenis industri khususnya industri manufaktur, kelancaran proses produksi menjadi tuntutan utama yang harus dipenuhi agar target perusahaan dapat tercapai. Mesin-mesin dan peralatan produksi adalah unsur yang paling penting didalam mendukung kelangsungan produksi sebuah perusahaan manufaktur. PT. Inti Kemas Makmur Perkasa perusahan yang memproduksi plastik, Salah satu kebijakan yang di ambil adalah meningkatkan kapasitas produksi di PT. Inti Kemas Makmur Perkasa Baik dengan melakukan penambahan mesin maupun melakukan peningkatan output. objek penelitian ini pemilihan mesin cutting No. 28 karena pada proses cutting tersebut seringkali terjadi kerugian losses produksi atau downtime, baik yang disebabkan oleh mesin dan peralatan produksi maupun operator dalam menjalankan proses produksi. Untuk mengetahui losses yang paling berpengaruh terhadap nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) pada mesin cutting no. 28 pada PT. Inti Kemas Makmur Perkasa.Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) merupakan cara terbaik untuk mengidentifikasi performansi proses dan mencari pada bagian mana titik tertinggi atau rendahnya efektivitas dari mesin. Pada penelitian tangga 24 Agustus – 30 September 2020 untuk nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) mesin cutting No. 28 yaitu sebesar 42%, untuk nilai rata – rata rasio Availability nilai presentasenya ialah sebesar 94%, untuk nilai rata – rata pada rasio Performance nilai presentasenya ialah sebesar 45%, dan untuk nilai rata – rata rasio Rate of Quality nilai presentasenya ialah sebesar 100%. dengean pendekatan Six Big Losses dan dilakukan analisis dengan metode Diagram Pareto, Reduce Speed Losses dengan hasil 86%. faktor Reduce Speed Losses inilah dilakukan analisa dengan menggunakan diagram sebab akibat (Fishbone Diagram).
