Abstract

Air conditioners or also known as Air Conditioners are increasingly being circulated in Indonesia because apart from being able to deal with hot weather problems, they can also provide comfort to humans. In an effort to obtain human comfort, namely having temperature and humidity limits, many factors can affect human comfort, both temperature and humidity. The design of power, temperature and humidity monitoring devices and the use of array sensors as detectors in this air conditioning system is implemented using several components which include, PZEM-004T, 13 Pcs Raindrops sensor modules arranged in parallel, DHT22 sensors, 220 AC Power Supply Adapter Volt to DC 12 Volt 1 Ampere, Arduino Uno, and LCD 20x4. The Raindrops sensor module detects the air intensity on the sensor with a digital output and then converts it into analog data using a digital to analog module. Based on the results of testing the design of the power, temperature and humidity monitoring tool using the sensor array in the air conditioning system, the data obtained from the test results is the PZEM-004T sensor where the current voltage value is monitored for use in Air Conditioners, the DHT22 sensor where the relative humidity value is inversely proportional to changes in temperature in the Air Conditioner, if the Air Conditioner temperature drops, the humidity increases and if the temperature rises, the humidity decreases, the Raindrops sensor module can detect the amount of water in this sensor. Assuming there is an underair swing leak from the Air Conditioner with digital and analog data results with a duration of updating data to Arduino every 1 second, which has been installed in a conventional Air Conditioner, as well as SSR as an Electromagnetic switch to move the switch contacts and display on a 20x4 LCD screen Keywords: PZEM-004T, Air Conditioner, Arduino Uno, DHT22, SSR dan Lcd 20x4 Penyejuk udara atau dikenal juga dengan Air Conditioner semakin banyak beredar di Indonesia karena selain dapat menangani masalah cuaca yang panas namun dapat juga memberikan kenyamanan pada manusia. Dalam upaya memperoleh kenyamanan manusia yakni memiliki batas temperatur dan kelembaban, banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kenyamanan manusia baik temperatur maupun kelembaban. Rancang bangun alat monitoring daya, suhu dan kelembaban serta penggunaan sensor array sebagai pendeteksi pada system pendingin ruangan ini terimplementasi dengan menggunakan beberapa komponen yang meliputi, PZEM004T, Raindrops module sensor sebanyak 13 Pcs yang disusun paralel, sensor DHT22, Power Suply Adaptor AC 220 Volt to DC 12 Volt 1 Ampere, Arduino Uno, SSR (Solid State Relay) dan LCD 20x4. Raindrops module sensor ini akan mendeteksi intensitas air yang ada pada sensor dengan output digital lalu dikonversi menjadi data analog menggunakan module digital to analog. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian rancang bangun alat monitoring daya, suhu dan kelembaban menggunakan sensor array pada sistem pendingin ruangan didapatkan hasil data pengujian, sensor PZEM-004T dimana nilai arus tegangan termonitoring pemakain pada Air Conditioner, sensor DHT22 dimana nilai kelembaban ini relatif berubah berbanding terbalik dengan perubahan suhu pada Air Conditioner, jika suhu Air Conditioner turun maka kelembaban meningkat dan bila suhu naik maka kelembaban menurun, pada Raindrops module sensor dapat mendeteksi jumlah air yang ada pada sensor ini sebagai asumsi adanya kebocoran dibawah air swing dari Air Conditioner dengan hasil data digital dan analog dengan durasi update data ke arduino setiap 1 detik, yang telah terpasang pada Air Conditioner konvensional, serta SSR sebagai saklar Elektromagnetik untuk menggerakan kontak saklar dan menampilan pada display LCD 20x4 Kata kunci : PZEM-004T, Air Conditioner, Arduino Uno, DHT22, SSR dan Lcd 20x4
