Abstract

Safety and health of work is a matter that capture many organizations today because they inlude humanitaries-conscious, economic cosr and benefits, legal aspects, accountability and the organization’s own image. The study will be concucted on risk identification safety and health of work, risk assessment safety and health of work as well as on how safety and health of work action on risk control involves the method of Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) on activities preventive maintenance air conditioning (Ac) at Reformed Millenium Center of Indonesia (RMCI Kemayoran, where in any preventive activities maentenance air conditioning at RMCI is practicularly susceptible to danger an accident of every stage in it’s operation that can be dismantled and can lead the company to spend more money providing care for the workers who ecperience it Assessment method use AS/NZS 4360 : 2004, risk assessment matrix. According to file proccessing obtained a high risk value, which involved falling down steps resulting in a breaking off his fingers a risk level of 21,897 and risk group on very high risk. To risk group at high risk levels as 4 variables could edanger workers and jobs. Whereas for classification at medium risk level it was found to be as 6 variables. Keywords :Risk Management, Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC), Safety an Health of Work, Preventive Maintenance Air Conditioning (Ac) Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja merupakan suatu permasalahan yang banyak menyita perhatian berbagai organisasi saat ini karena mencakup permasalahan segi perikemanusiaan, biaya dan manfaat ekonomi, aspek hukum, pertanggungjawaban serta citra organisasi itu sendiri. Pada penelitian ini akan diteliti mengenai identifikasi risiko K3 , penilaian risiko K3 serta bagaimana tindakan pengendalian terhadap risiko K3 menggunakan metode HazardIdentification risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) pada kegiatanpreventive maintenance air conditioning (Ac) di Reformed Millenium Center Of Indonesia (RMCI) Kemayoran, dimana dalam setiap kegiatan preventive maintenance air conditioning di RMCI sangat rentan sekali dengan bahaya kecelakaan setiap tahap dalam kegiatannya yang dapat terhentiya pekerja dan dapat membuat perusahaan mengeluarkan dana lebih untuk memberikan perawatan terhadap pekerja yang mengalaminya. Metode penilaian menggunakan matriks penilaian risiko yang bersumber dari AS/NZS 4360 : 2004. Sesuai dengan pengolahan data diperoleh nilai risiko yang tinggi, yaitu jatuh terpeleset dari tangga yang mengakibatkan putusnya jari tangan level risiko sebesar 21,897 dan penggolongan risiko pada Very High Risk. Untuk penggolongan risiko pada level High Risk sebanyak 4 variabel yang dapat membahayakan pekerja dan pekerjaan, sedangkan untuk penggolongan pada level Medium Risk didapatkan sebanyak 6 variabel. Kata kunci : Manajemen Risiko, Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC), Keselamatan dan Keseharan Kerja (K3), Preventive Maintenance Air Conditioning (Ac).
