Abstract

This research is to find out the effect of project planning and control on the time and costs needed to complete the project work, and calculate the estimated profit or loss that may occur in the completion of the project. The method used is descriptive analysis method, where the data collected by the author by means of direct observation to related companies, interviews, and literature study in the literature, which is then analyzed so that it can be obtained an overview of the planning and control of time and costs that can considered and can be applied in the company. Based on the results of research and calculations with the PERT Method and CPM, it can be used to manage the time of project completion more efficiently and effectively. Keywords : Construction Projects PERT and CPM method, crashing. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh perencanaan dan pengendalian proyek terhadap waktu dan biaya yang diperlukan untuk penyelesaian pengerjaan proyek, dan menghitung perkiraan keuntungan atau kerugian yang mungkin terjadi dalam penyelesaian proyek. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis, dimana data-data yang dikumpulkan oleh penulis dengan cara observasi langsung ke perusahaan yang terkait, wawancara, dan studi literatur pustaka di olah, yang kemudian dianalisis sehingga dapat diperoleh gambaran mengenai perencanaan dan pengendalian waktu maupun biaya yang dapat dipertimbangkan dan dapat diterapkan dalam perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan perhitungan dengan Metode PERT dan CPM dapat digunakan untuk mengatur waktu penyelesaian proyek dengan lebih efisien dan efektif.
