Abstract
Dinas Perikanan Kab. Merangin Prov. Jambi is an agency related to the management and utilization of fish resources and their environment from preproduction, production, processing to marketing which is carried out in a fishery business system. One of the causes of the disruption of the production process is the lack of good maintenance management on the machine. To get the OEE percentage value, it is necessary to multiply the results of the Availability, Performance Efficiency, and Rate of Quality ratios. Therefore the author aims to determine the value of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on pellet machines at Dinas Perikanan Kab. Merangin Prov. Jambi. Knowing how to increase the effectiveness of machines and how to increase the effectiveness of machines in production with the calculation of Overal Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) at Dinas Perikanan Kab. Merangin Prov. Jambi. Provide input or recommendations for maintenance and repair to increase productivity and effectiveness of production machines and OEE value. Based on the author's goals using the method from the literature study, namely the calculation of the OEE value. This method is an excellent way to identify process performance and find the high or low points of machine effectiveness. From the results of the overall data processing it can be analyzed that the highest Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value was in October 2022 of 26.99%. Meanwhile, the lowest Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value was in May 2022, which was 10.75%, the highest and lowest figures are very far from the ideal OEE limit of 85%. Keywords: Maintenance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Availability, Performance, Quality Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Merangin, Provinsi Jambi, merupakan instansi yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sumber daya ikan dan lingkungannya mulai dari praproduksi, produksi, pengolahan sampai dengan pemasaran yang dilaksanakan dalam suatu sistem bisnis perikanan. Salah satu penyebab terganggunya proses produksi adalah kurang baiknya manajemen pemeliharaan pada mesin tersebut. Untuk mendapatkan nilai persentase OEE dibutuhkan perkalian dari hasil rasio Availability, Performance Efficiency, dan Rate of Quality. Maka dari itu penulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) pada mesin pellet di Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Merangin, Provinsi Jambi. Mengetahui cara meningkatkan efektifitas mesinmesin dan cara meningkatkan keefektifan mesin dalam berproduksi dengan perhitungan Overal Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) di Dinas Perikanan Kab. Merangin. Memberikan masukan atau rekomendasi perawatan dan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektifitas mesin produksi dan nilai OEE. Berdasarkan tujuan penulis menggunakan metode dari studi pustaka yaitu perhitungan nilai OEE. Metode ini merupakan cara yang sangat baik untuk mengindentifikasi performansi proses dan mencari bagian titik tertinggi atau rendahnya efektivitas dari mesin. Dari hasil keseluruhan pengolahan data dapat dianalisa bahwa nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang tertinggi yaitu pada bulan Oktober 2022 sebesar 26,99%. Sedangkan nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) terendah adalah pada bulan Mei 2022 yaitu sebesar 10,75%, angka tertinggi dan rerendah ini sangat jauh dari batas ideal OEE yaitu sebesar 85%.
