Abstract

PT. Taland Utama Karisma Perkasa is a manufacturing industry company engaged in the field of thermal power generation. The problem experienced by the company is that there is no clear method for making supplier selection decisions where this affects when PT. Taland Utama Karisma Perkasa wants to place an order for sch 40 seamless pipes from several existing suppliers. To overcome this problem, this study uses the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method. FAHP is a subjective decision-making method to determine the best alternative based on several predetermined criteria. This method was chosen because it is able to provide a more measurable assessment in terms of objectivity and consistency. In its application, the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method is carried out in stages, namely inter-criteria weighting, triangular fuzzy number, fuzzy synthesis, weight matrix, and priority. The criteria used in this study have been determined by the company, namely quality, price, delivery, service and safety. The results of this priority weight are GMP suppliers (0.217) in the first place followed by TBU suppliers (0.193) and finally PBI suppliers (0). Keywords: Supplier Selection, AHP, Fuzzy AHP, Decision-making PT. Taland Utama Karisma Perkasa merupakan salah satu perusahaan industr i manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang pembangkit tenaga panas. Permasalaha n dialami perusahaan yaitu belum adanya metode yang jelas dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan pemilihan supplier dimana hal tersebut mempengaruhi saat PT. Taland Utama Karisma Perkasa ingin melakukan pemesanan pipa sch 40 seamless pada beberapa supplier yang ada. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). FAHP merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan secara subjektif untuk menentukan alternatif terbaik berdasarkan beberapa kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu memberikan suatu penilaian yang lebih terukur dari segi objektivitas maupun konsistensi, Dalam penerapannya, metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process dilakukan secara bertahap, yaitu pembobotan antar kriteria, triangular fuzzy number, sintesis fuzzy, weight matriks, dan prioritas. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sudah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan yaitu kualitas, harga, pengiriman, pelayanan dan safety. Hasil dari bobot priotitas ini adalah supplier GMP (0,217) diurutan pertama dilanjutkan dengan supplier TBU (0,193) dan terakhir adalah supplier PBI (0).
