Abstract

Dhita Laundry is a business that offers washing and ironing services based on the total weight (Kg) of laundry consumers, which later the price offered will be cheaper than existing laundry services, but still prioritize quality. However, Dhita Laundry does not yet have integrated IS/IT to support its business processes, such as data collection on laundry receipts and customer data, and financial arrangements for laundry are still done manually. Therefore, this study aims to design an enterprise information system architecture and information technology that is aligned and in accordance with the direction of business needs. In this study, the design of an information technology enterprise architecture was created using the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) approach with 5 initial stages in the TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method), namely Preliminary, Architectural Vision, Business Architecture, Application & Data Architecture and System Architecture for Dhita Laundry . This research is expected to produce good service according to needs, so that it can improve services that are more optimal to support business processes at Dhita Laundry. Keywords: Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF, Architecture Development Method, BusinessProcess. Dhita Laundry merupakan Bisnis usaha yang menawarkan jasa layanan mencuci dan setrika berdasarkan jumlah berat (Kg) cucian konsumen, yang nantinya harga yang ditawarkan lebih murah dari jasa layanan laundry yang sudah ada, namun tetap mengutamakan kualitas. Namun Dhita Laundry belum memiliki SI/TI yang terintegrasi untuk mendukung proses bisnisnya, seperti pendataan pemasukan penerimaan Laundry serta data pelanggan, pengaturan keuangan laundry masih masih dilakukan secara manual. Oleh sebab itu maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat perancangan arsitektur enterprise sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang selaras dan sesuai dengan arah kebutuhan bisnis. Pada penelitian ini perancangan arsitektur enterprise teknologi informasi dibuat menggunakan pendekatan TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) dengan 5 tahapan awal dalam TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method) yaitu Preliminary, Visi Arsitektur, Arsitektur Bisnis, Arsitektur Aplikasi & Data serta Arsitektur Sistem untuk Dhita Laundry. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan pelayanan yang baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih optimal untuk mendukung proses bisnis pada Dhita Laundry.
