Abstract

In today's modern times, apartments underestimate the maintenance of machines because they are considered not so important. In fact, if the equipment is not maintained properly it can result in fatal damage so that the process becomes disrupted. The problem faced is the maintenance process that occurs in writing so that it makes a slow and easy report of data if something happens to the file that is still in the form of paper. Preventive maintenance provides a concept that supports every facility maintenance being monitored. The purpose of this study, with an application for monitoring the maintenance of facilities in the apartment in order to simplify and speed up maintenance using the kaizen method so as to optimize the presentation of facility reports and scheduling of facility repairs quickly and accurately to assist in making building facilities maintenance reports. Keywords: Preventive Maintenance, Scheduling, Facilities, Monitoring, Apartment Pada zaman modern saat ini, apartment menyepelekan pemeliharaan mesin karena dianggap tidak begitu penting. Padahal, jika peralatan tidak dipelihara dengan baik maka dapat mengalami kerusakan yang berakibat fatal sehingga proses kegiatan menjadi terganggu. Adapun masalah yang dihadapi yaitu proses maintenance yang terjadi masih secara tertulis sehingga membuat laporan lambat dan mudah hilangnya data bila terjadi sesuatu pada berkas yang masih berwujud kertas. Preventive maintenance memberikan konsep memungkinkan setiap perawatan fasilitas menjadi termonitoring. Tujuan penelitian ini, dengan membuat sebuah aplikasi monitoring pemeliharaan fasilitas di apartemen agar dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat manajemen pemeliharaan dengan menggunakan metode kaizen sehingga mengoptimalkan penyajian laporan data fasilitas dan penjadwalan perbaikan fasilitas dengan cepat dan akurat untuk membantu dalam membuat laporan pemeliharaan fasilitas gedung Kata kunci: Preventive Maintenance, Kaizen, Fasilitas, Monitoring, Apartemen
