Abstract

A battery is a tool or device that has a function to store electric current which will later be supplied to the load. The battery room is a source of electrical energy consisting of various components with specific purposes and functions. Likewisethe battery room at the New Menes 150 KV Substation, of course, requires the distribution of electrical energy to the load so that it can run according to its function. Then the New Menes 150 KV Substation Operator must be able to ensure the performance of the battery device to function normally and carry out proper maintenance. The purpose of this research is to design a tool to detect a fire with the parameters of temperature, smoke and fire and provide notice of a fire in the form of an alarm and notification. Using smoke sensors and fire sensors with the Wemos D1 microcontroller and 16x2 LCD as a display and LED and buzzer indications accompanied by telegram notifications. Based on testing tools for data collection at 09:00 – 16:00 it was found that the battery room at the New Menes 150 KV Substation was in a safe condition because no fire or smoke was detected. The results of the design of the design tool for monitoring the condition of the battery room at the new Menes 150 KV substation, it can detect a safe condition or detect an indication of fire. So that the research results are in accordance with the design with the parameters that have been mentioned. Keywords: Battery, Fire, Smoke, Fire, Telegram Baterai adalah sebuah alat atau perangkat yang memiliki fungsi untuk menyimpan arus listrik yang nantinya akan dialirkan ke beban. Ruang Baterai merupakan salah satu sumber energi listrik yang terdiri dari berbagai macam komponen dengan tujuan dan fungsi tertentu. Begitupun halnya dengan ruang baterai di Gardu Induk 150 KV Menes Baru tentunya membutuhkan pendistribusian energi listrik ke beban sehingga dapat berjalan sesuai dengan fungsingya. Maka Operator Gardu Induk 150 KV Menes Baru harus dapat memastikan kinerja dari perangkat baterai berfungsi normal dan melakukan pemeliharaan yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Merancang alat untuk mendeteksi adanya kebakaran dengan parameter suhu, asap dan api dan memberikan notice adanya kebakaran berupa alarm dan notifikasi. Menggunakan sensor asap dan sensor api dengan mikrokontroler wemos D1 dan LCD 16x2 sebagai penampil dan indikasi LED dan buzzer disertai notifikasi telegram. Berdasarkan pengujian alat untuk pengambilan data pada jam 09:00 – 16:00 didapat bahwa ruang Baterai Di Gardu Induk 150 KV Menes Baru dalam kondisi aman dikarenakan tidak terdeteksi adanya api ataupun asap. Hasil perancangan alat Rancang Bangun Alat Pemantauan Kondisi Ruang Battery Di Gardu Induk 150 KV Menes Baru dapat mendeteksi adanya kondisi aman atau terdeteksi adanya indikasi kebakaran. Sehingga hasil penelitian telah sesuai dengan perancangan dengan parameter yang telah disebutkan. Kata Kunci: Baterai, Kebakaran, Asap, Api, Telegram.
