Abstract

The company PT. Kedaung Oriental Porcelain Industry, a company that recently switched to using a system in its business activity processes. The ERP system was chosen to ease and streamline business activities in the company so that the process of running business activities in the company is easier, faster, can save costs and can reduce errors from operators or admins in parts. Although it is more effective than the previous process of business activities, most of the processes are still done manually, the Purchase Order System at PT. Kedaung Oriental Porcelain Industry still has several drawbacks. This report was created to determine how the new purchase order system at PT. Kedaung Oriental Porcelain Industry uses 4 UML diagrams. Perusahaan PT. Kedaung Oriental Porcelain Industry, salah satu perusahaan yang belum lama beralih menggunakan sistem dalam proses aktivitas bisnisnya. Sistem ERP dipilih untuk meringankan dan mengekfektifkan kegiatan bisnis di perusahaan agar proses berjalannya aktivitas bisnis di perusahaan semakin lebih mudah, lebih cepat, dapat menghemat biaya dan dapat mengurangi kesalahan dari operator atau admin di bagian-bagian. Walaupun lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan proses aktivitas kegiatan bisnis sebelumnya yaitu sebagian besar proses masih dilakukan secara manual, Sistem Purchase Order pada PT. Kedaung Oriental Porcelain Industry masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan. Laporan ini dibuat untuk mengetahui bagaimana berjalannya sistem purchase order baru yang ada di PT. Kedaung Oriental Porcelain Industry menggunakan 4 Diagram UML.
