Abstract

At present the use of concrete is one of the components used in various types of construction, one for the construction of floor plates. The purpose of this update is to discuss the correct method of floor plate construction and compare the construction that is being carried out in the field with the knowledge that is already available on the lecture bench. The method used in the implementation of this practice is to take a sample of one of the floor plates according to the calculation, then get the reinforcement dimension and the distance between the reinforcement. Then the results of these calculations are compared with the reality installed in the field. The results obtained from these replacements are reinforced floor slabs in the field, because they are not compatible with the main reinforcement or reinforcement. The reinforcement distance in the field is D13-150 mm but the reinforcement is back and forth (two-fold) without regard to divider reinforcement , while what is obtained from the calculation is the distance between reinforcements in the direction of lx D13-200 and the direction of ly D13-100. Pada saat ini pemakaian beton menjadi salah satu komponen yang digunakan dalam berbagai jenis konstruksi, salah satunya untuk konstruksi pelat lantai. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode konstruksi pelat lantai yang benar dan membandingkan konstruksi yang sedang dilaksanakan dilapangan dengan ilmu yang telah di dapat di bangku perkuliahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kerja prakek ini adalah dengan mengambil sample salah satu pelat lantai dua arah yang nantinya akan sebagai acuan perhitungan, lalu akan mendapatkan dimensi tulangan dan jarak antar tulangan. Kemudian hasil perhitungan tersebut dibandingkan dengan kenyataan yang terpasang di lapangan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari perbandingan tersebut adalah tulangan pelat lantai yang terpasang di lapangan lebih boros, karena tidak memperhitungkan tulangan pokok ataupun tulangan bagi. Jarak antar tulangan yang ada di lapangan adalah D13-150 mm tetapi penulangannya tersebut bolak-balik (dua rangkap) tanpa memperhatikan tulangan pokok maupun tulangan pembagi, sedangkan yang didapat dari perhitungan adalah jarak antar tulangan arah lx D13-200 dan arah Ly D13-100.
