Abstract

This study aims to examine the Factors Affecting the Timeliness of Financial Reporting. The object of this study are consumer goods subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 – 2021. The number of samples used in this study were 46 companies. This research was conducted using a purposive sampling method and a total sample of 184 data. Data collection techniques using secondary data. Data were obtained from consumer goods companies from 2018- 2021 which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using the Logistic Regression method using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that KAP Reputation, Audit Committee, Profitability, Solvability have no effect on accuracy financial reporting time. Keywords: KAP Reputation, audit committee, Profitability, Solvency, timeliness Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Ketepatan Waktu Pelaporan Keuangan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsector barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018 – 2021. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 46 perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 184 data. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan data sekunder. Data diperoleh dari perusahaan barang konsumsi dari tahun 2018-2021 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Logistik yang menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Reputasi KAP, Komite Audit, Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan.
