Abstract

Saat ini PT. Intimap memiliki sistem absensi menggunakan online website, namun karyawan hanya bisa melakukan absensi ketika terhubung dengan jaringan internet kantor (WIFI). Hal itu membuat karyawan sangat tergantung pada internet kantor ketika ingin melakukan absensi. Oleh karena itu, hal yang dibutuhkan yaitu membuat sistem baru untuk absensi karyawan dengan metode Geofencing. Sistem absensi berbasis website dibangun menggunakan framework Vue sebagai front end dan Nodejs sebagai backend. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan metode Geofencing dalam aplikasi absensi karyawan PT. Intimap serta dapat mengklasifikasikan karyawan yang disiplin dan tidak disiplin menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Metode ini sangat cocok digunakan karena dapat membatasi wilayah karyawan untuk absensi dan dapat diakses dimana saja tanpa harus menggunakan jaringan kantor. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi waktu mulai bekerja, istirahat dan selesai bekerja. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan PT. Intimap. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Geofencing dan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Geofencing dan algoritma Naïve Bayes efektif dalam meningkatkan sistem absensi karyawan PT. Intimap. Penelitian ini juga memberikan bukti bahwa karyawan dapat melakukan absensi tanpa harus menggunakan WIFI kantor, serta membantu manajemen dalam mengidentifikasi tingkat kepatuhan dan kedisiplinan karyawan. Kata Kunci: Sistem Absensi, Geofencing, Klasifikasi, Naive bayes, Vue, Nodejs Currently, PT. Intimap has an attendance system using an online website. However, employees can only record their attendance when connected to the office's internet network (WIFI). This makes employees heavily reliant on the office internet for attendance purposes. Therefore, a new attendance system for employees is needed, utilizing the Geofencing method. A web-based attendance system is built using the Vue framework for the front end and Nodejs for the backend. The aim of this research is to implement the Geofencing method in PT. Intimap's employee attendance application and classify disciplined and non-disciplined employees using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. This method is suitable as it can restrict the area for employees to record attendance and can be accessed anywhere without relying on the office network. The variables examined include start times, break times, and end times for work. The sample size in this study involves all employees of PT. Intimap. The methods used are the Geofencing method and the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The conclusion from the research results shows that the Geofencing method and Naïve Bayes algorithm are effective in improving PT. Intimap's employee attendance system. This study also provides evidence that employees can record attendance without relying on office WIFI and assists management in identifying employee compliance and discipline levels.
