Abstract

This study is to analyze LinkAja's consumer behavior with the unified theory of acceptance and use technology (UTAUT) approach. The object of this research is consumers who have used LinkAJa in Central Jakarta. This research was conducted on 90 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample size was determined using the convenience sampling technique. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that performance expectancy has a positive and significant effect on behavior intention. Social influence has a positive and significant effect on behavior intention. Trust has a positive and significant effect on behavior intention. Behavior intention has a positive and significant effect on use behavior Keywords: Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Trust, Behavior Intention, Use Behavior Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perilaku konsumen LinkAja dengan pendekatan unified theory of acceptance and use technology (UTAUT). Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah menggunakan LinkAJa di Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 90 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik Convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa performance expectancy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavior intention. Social influence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavior intention. Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavior intention.
